도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 스크롤 압축기의 일부 구성을 분해하여 보해주는 단면도이다.
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 회전축의 상부 구성을 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 5는 도 4의 5-5를 따라 절개되는 종단면도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 회전축, 선회스크롤 및 메인프레임의 결합구조를 보여주는 단면도이다.
도 7은 도 6의 "A" 부분을 확대하여 보여주는 도면이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 상부 프레임 지지부를 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 9는 도 8의 9-9를 따라 절개되는 종단면 절개 사시도이다.
Claims (9)
- 회전축;
상기 회전축의 상단을 지지하는 상부 프레임;
상기 회전축의 하단을 지지하는 하부 프레임;
상기 회전축의 외주면에 장착되어, 상기 회전축을 회전시키는 모터;
상기 상부 프레임에 안착되어 선회 운동하는 제 1 경판과, 상기 제 1 경판의 상면에서 연장되고 나선형으로 형성되는 제 1 랩, 및 상기 제 1 경판의 저면에서 연장되는 보스부를 포함하는 제 1 스크롤; 및
상기 제 1 스크롤의 상측을 덮는 제 2 경판과, 상기 제 2 경판의 저면에서 연장되고 나선형으로 형성되는 제 2 랩을 포함하는 제 2 스크롤;을 포함하고,
상기 회전축은,
내부에 형성되는 오일 유로와,
상기 상부 프레임에 관통 삽입되는 상부 프레임 지지부와,
상기 보스부의 삽입을 위하여 상부 프레임 지지부의 내측에 함몰되는 보스 삽입부와,
상기 보스 삽입부의 바닥부에서 소정 깊이 함몰되는 오일 잔류홈; 및
상기 보스 삽입부의 바닥부에서 소정 깊이 함몰되어, 상기 오일 유로의 상단과 상기 오일 잔류홈을 연결하는 오일 통로를 포함하고,
상기 오일 잔류홈은, 상기 오일 통로보다 더 깊게 함몰 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 삭제

상기 오일 잔류홈은, 상기 바닥부의 외측 가장자리에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,

상기 회전축은,
상기 보스 삽입부의 내주면에서 함몰되는 제 1 함몰부와,
상기 제 1 함몰부의 맞은편에 해당하는 상기 보스 삽입부의 외주면에서 함몰되는 제 2 함몰부를 더 포함하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 회전축은,
상기 상부 프레임 지지부를 관통하여 상기 제 1 함몰부와 상기 제 2 함몰부를 연결하는 가이드 홀을 더 포함하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 가이드 홀은,
제 1 가이드 홀과,
상기 제 1 가이드 홀로부터 상측으로 이격되는 지점에 형성되는 제 2 가이드 홀을 포함하는 스크롤 압축기. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 오일 잔류홈은, 상기 가이드 홀의 하측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기.
