Claims (6)
- 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재를 준비하는 단계;
상기 준비된 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재 사이에 공간이 형성되도록 상기 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재를 서로 마주보도록 위치시키는 단계; 및
상기 공간으로 전극 와이어를 삽입시켜 상기 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재를 일렉트로 슬래그 용접하여 클래드강판을 얻는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재 사이의 간격은 50mm 미만이고,
상기 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재의 두께는 20mm 이상이며,
상기 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재 각각의 두께가 50mm이하인 경우, 상기 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재에 냉각패드를 구비시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 클래드강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 클래드재는 STS, Ni합금, Cu 합금, Ti 중 1종인 클래드강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 탄소강 모재 및 클래드재 사이의 간격, 상기 탄소강 모재의 두께 및 상기 클래드재의 두께의 합은 400mm 이하인 클래드강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 전극 와이어는 2개 이상이고, 상기 전극 와이어 간의 간격은 150mm 이하인 클래드강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 클래드강판을 제조하는 단계 후, 상기 클래드강판을 열간압연하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 클래드강판의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 클래드강판을 열간압연하는 단계 후, 상기 열간압연된 클래드강판을 열처리 및 교정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 클래드강판의 제조방법.
