Abstract
Description
Claims (31)
- - (i) 2.0 내지 5.0, 또는 2.5 내지 5.0의 pH를 갖는 수성 공급 원료를 형성하고,
(ii) 반응 매질의 pH가 2.0 내지 5.0에서 유지되도록 실리케이트 및 산성화제를 상기 공급 원료에 동시에 첨가하며,
(iii) 산성화제의 첨가는 중단시키고, 반응 매질의 pH 값이 7.0 내지 10.0이 될 때까지 실리케이트를 반응 매질에 계속 첨가하며,
(iv) 반응 매질의 pH가 7.0 내지 10.0에서 유지되도록 실리케이트 및 산성화제를 반응 매질에 동시에 첨가하고,
(v) 실리케이트의 첨가는 중단시키며, 반응 매질의 pH 값이 6.0 미만이 될 때까지 산성화제를 반응 매질에 계속 첨가
하는 방식으로 침강 반응을 수행하는 단계,
- 얻어진 실리카 현탁액을 여과하는 단계,
- 여과 후 얻어진 여과 케이크에 액화 작업을 수행하는 단계
를 포함하며, 1 종 이상의 폴리카르복실산을 액화 작업 동안 또는 액화 작업 후 및 건조 단계 전에 여과 케이크에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 실리케이트와 산성화제 사이의 침강 반응에 의해 침강 실리카의 현탁액을 얻는 것을 포함하는 유형의, 아디프산, 메틸글루타르산, 및 메틸숙신산을 포함하는 폴리카르복실산의 혼합물을 포함하는 침강 실리카의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액화 작업 동안 1 종 이상의 폴리카르복실산이 여과 케이크에 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액화 작업 후 1 종 이상의 폴리카르복실산이 여과 케이크에 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리카르복실산의 혼합물이 여과 케이크에 첨가되는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용된 상기 폴리카르복실산(들) 중 일부 또는 전부는 무수물, 에스테르, 알칼리 금속 염(카르복실레이트), 알칼리 토금속 염(카르복실레이트) 또는 암모늄 염(카르복실레이트) 형태인 방법.
- - 45 m2/g 내지 550 m2/g, 70 m2/g 내지 370 m2/g, 또는 80 m2/g 내지 350 m2/g의 BET 비표면적,
- 40 m2/g 내지 525 m2/g, 70 m2/g 내지 350 m2/g, 또는 80 m2/g 내지 310 m2/g의 CTAB 비표면적,
- 0.15 중량% 이상, 또는 0.20 중량% 이상의 폴리카르복실산 + 해당 카르복실레이트의 함량(C)(총 탄소로 표현됨),
- 초음파 응집 분해 후 XDC 입도 분석에 의해 측정된 0.91 이상의 물체 입도 분포 폭 Ld((d84 - d16)/d50), 및
- 비율 V(d5 - d50)/V(d5 - d100)이 0.65 이상, 또는 0.66 이상이 되도록 하는 세공 부피 분포
를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 침강 실리카. - - 45 m2/g 내지 550 m2/g, 70 m2/g 내지 370 m2/g, 또는 80 m2/g 내지 350 m2/g의 BET 비표면적,
- 40 m2/g 내지 525 m2/g, 70 m2/g 내지 350 m2/g, 또는 80 m2/g 내지 310 m2/g의 CTAB 비표면적,
- 0.15 중량% 이상, 또는 0.20 중량% 이상의 폴리카르복실산 + 해당 카르복실레이트의 함량(C)(총 탄소로 표현됨),
- 0.65 초과, 0.70 초과, 또는 0.80 초과의 세공 분포 폭 ldp
를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 침강 실리카. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 침강 실리카는 100 m2/g 내지 320 m2/g, 또는 120 m2/g 내지 300 m2/g의 BET 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 침강 실리카.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 침강 실리카는 100 m2/g 내지 300 m2/g, 또는 120 m2/g 내지 280 m2/g의 CTAB 비표면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 침강 실리카.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 침강 실리카는 0.24 중량% 이상, 또는 0.30 중량% 이상의 폴리카르복실산 + 상응하는 카르복실레이트의 함량(C)(총 탄소로 표현됨)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 침강 실리카.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 52 mJ/m2 미만, 50 mJ/m2 미만, 45 mJ/m2 이하, 또는 40 mJ/m2 미만의 표면 에너지의 분산 성분 γs d를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 침강 실리카.
- 중합체를 위한, 또는 타이어를 위한 강화용 충전재로서, 제6항 또는 제7항에 기재된 침강 실리카, 또는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 통해 수득되는 침강 실리카를 사용하는 방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 기재된 침강 실리카, 또는 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법을 통해 수득되는 침강 실리카를 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제13항에 기재된 조성물 1 종 이상을 포함하는 물품으로서, 상기 물품은 신발 밑창, 바닥재, 가스 배리어, 난연성 물질, 공중케이블 롤러, 생활가전제품용 밀봉재, 액체 또는 가스 파이프용 밀봉재, 제동 장치 밀봉재, 파이프, 피복재료(sheathing), 케이블, 엔진 지지체, 베터리 분리막, 컨베이어 벨트, 트랜스미션 벨트, 또는 타이어로 이루어진 것인 물품.
