Claims (20)
- 구동회로와 차광층이 배치된 비표시영역 및 상기 구동회로에 연결된 화소전극이 배치된 표시영역을 포함하는 제1 표시기판;
상기 제1 표시기판과 마주하는 제2 표시기판; 및
상기 제1 표시기판 및 상기 제2 표시기판 사이에 배치된 액정층을 포함하고,
상기 구동회로는 제1 트랜지스터, 제2 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 트랜지스터에 연결된 제1 분기전극, 상기 제2 트랜지스터에 연결되고 평면상에서 상기 제1 분기전극에 중첩하는 제2 분기전극, 및 서로 다른 층상에 배치된 상기 제1 분기전극과 상기 제2 분기전극을 연결하는 연결전극을 포함하고,
상기 차광층은 상기 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터에 중첩하고, 상기 제1 분기전극 및 상기 제2 분기전극을 노출시키는 표시패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 상기 제1 분기전극 및 상기 제2 분기전극 각각을 일부분 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분기전극은 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제어전극에 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 제2 분기전극은 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 상기 제어전극과 서로 다른 층상에 배치된 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 입력전극 및 출력전극 중 어느 하나의 전극에 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 적색의 색상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 표시기판은,
상기 제1 분기전극이 배치된 베이스기판;
상기 제1 분기전극을 커버하며 상기 베이스기판 상에 배치된 제1 절연층;
상기 제2 분기전극을 커버하며 상기 제1 절연층 상에 배치된 제2 절연층; 및
상기 제1 분기전극의 일부분을 노출시키는 제1 컨택홀 및 상기 제2 분기전극의 일부분을 노출시키는 제2 컨택홀을 포함하고, 상기 제2 절연층 상에 배치된 제3 절연층을 포함하고,
상기 연결전극은 상기 제1 및 제2 컨택홀들을 통해 상기 제3 절연층 상에 배치된 표시패널. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 상기 제1 분기전극 및 상기 제2 분기전극을 노출시키며 상기 제2 절연층 상에 배치된 표시패널. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 상기 제1 분기전극 및 상기 제2 분기전극을 노출시키며 상기 제3 절연층 상에 배치된 표시패널. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 차광층은 상기 제1 분기전극 및 상기 제2 분기전극 각각과 일부분 중첩하도록 상기 연결전극을 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시패널. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 연결전극은 상기 제3 절연층 상에 배치되고, 상기 제1 분기전극의 상기 일부분 및 상기 제2 분기전극의 상기 일부분을 연결하는 표시패널. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 컨택홀은 상기 제1 분기전극의 제1 부분을 노출시키는 제1 서브 컨택홀 및 상기 제1 분기전극의 상기 제1 부분과 이격된 제2 부분을 노출시키는 제2 서브 컨택홀을 포함하고,
상기 제2 컨택홀은 상기 제2 분기전극의 제1 부분을 노출시키는 제3 서브 컨택홀 및 상기 제2 분기전극의 상기 제1 부분과 이격된 제2 부분을 노출시키는 제4 서브 컨택홀을 포함하는 표시패널. - 비표시영역에 중첩한 구동회로와 차광층 및 상기 구동회로에 연결되고 표시영역에 중첩한 화소전극이 배치된 제1 표시기판, 상기 제1 표시기판과 마주하며 제1 색 광을 흡수하여 상기 제1 색과 상이한 제2 색 광을 방출하는 제1 발광체를 갖는 컬러 변환층을 포함하는 제2 표시기판, 및 상기 제1 표시기판 및 상기 제2 표시기판 사이에 배치된 액정층을 포함하는 표시패널; 및
상기 표시패널에 상기 제1 색 광을 출력하는 광원을 포함하고,
상기 구동회로는 제1 트랜지스터, 제2 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 트랜지스터에 연결된 제1 분기전극, 상기 제2 트랜지스터에 연결되고 평면상에서 상기 제1 분기전극에 중첩하는 제2 분기전극, 및 서로 다른 층상에 배치된 상기 제1 분기전극과 상기 제2 분기전극을 연결하는 연결전극을 포함하고,
상기 차광층은 상기 제1 트랜지스터 및 상기 제2 트랜지스터를 커버하고, 상기 제1 분기전극 및 상기 제2 분기전극을 노출시키는 표시장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 컬러 변환층은,
상기 표시영역에 중첩하며 상기 제1 발광체를 포함하는 변환부; 및
상기 비표시영역에 중첩하는 더미 변환부를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 변환부는 상기 제1 색 광을 흡수하여 상기 제2 색과 상이한 제3 색 광을 방출하는 제2 발광체를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 더미 변환부는 상기 제1 발광체 및 상기 제2 발광체 중 적어도 어느 하나의 발광체를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
상기 변환부는
상기 제1 발광체를 포함하는 제1 변환부;
상기 제2 발광체를 포함하는 제2 변환부; 및
상기 제1 색 광을 투과시키는 제3 변환부를 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 15 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 변환부 내지 상기 제3 변환부는 상기 평면상에서 서로 이격되어 배치되고,
상기 컬러 변환층은 서로 이격된 상기 제1 변환부 내지 상기 제3 변환부들 사이에 배치되는 블랙 매트릭스를 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 색 광은 청색 광인 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 표시기판은 상기 액정층 및 상기 컬러 변환층 사이에 배치되고, 상기 표시영역 및 상기 비표시영역에 중첩하는 와이어 그리드 패턴을 포함하는 인셀 편광층을 더 포함하는 표시장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분기전극은 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제어전극에 전기적으로 연결되고,
상기 제2 분기전극은 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 상기 제어전극과 서로 다른 층상에 배치된 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 입력전극에 전기적으로 연결된 표시장치. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 분기전극은 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 제어전극에 전기적으로 연결되고,
상기 제2 분기전극은 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 상기 제어전극과 서로 다른 층상에 배치된 상기 제2 트랜지스터의 제어전극에 전기적으로 연결된 표시장치.
