Abstract
a) 이하의 성분들:
i) ia) 0.3∼5%의 D-락트산 함량을 갖는 65∼95 중량%의 폴리락트산 및 ib) 10∼18%의 D-락트산 함량을 갖는 5∼35 중량%의 폴리락트산으로 이루어지는, 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 65∼95 중량%의 폴리락트산;
ii) 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트, 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트-코-아디페이트 및 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트-코-세바케이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는, 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 5∼35 중량%의 지방족 폴리에스테르;
iii) 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 0∼2 중량%의 상용화제; 및
iv) 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1∼5 중량%의 첨가제
를 용융 및 혼합에 의해 혼입하는 단계,
b) 140℃ 이상의 온도에서 정적 또는 동적 혼합기를 이용하여 중합체 용융물에
v) 성분 i 내지 iv의 총 중량을 기준으로 1∼7 중량%의 유기 발포제, 및
vi) - 질소, 이산화탄소, 아르곤, 헬륨 및 이의 혼합물의 군에서 선택되는 - 0.01∼5 중량%의 공동-발포제
를 혼합에 의해 혼입하는 단계,
c) 다이 출구 직경이 1.5 mm 이하인 천공 다이플레이트를 통해 배출하는 단계, 및
d) 1∼21 bar 범위의 압력에서 다이플레이트의 바로 하류에서 발포제 함유 용융물을 수중 펠릿화하는 단계
를 포함하는, 폴리락트산-함유 발포성 펠릿의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
Claims (4)
- 폴리락트산-함유 발포성 펠릿의 제조 방법으로서,
a) 이하의 성분들:
i) ia) 0.3∼5%의 D-락트산 함량을 갖는 65∼95 중량%의 폴리락트산 및 ib) 10∼18%의 D-락트산 함량을 갖는 5∼35 중량%의 폴리락트산으로 이루어지는, 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 65∼95 중량%의 폴리락트산;
ii) 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트, 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트-코-아디페이트 및 폴리부틸렌 숙시네이트-코-세바케이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는, 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 5∼35 중량%의 지방족 폴리에스테르;
iii) 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 0∼2 중량%의 상용화제; 및
iv) 성분 i 내지 iii의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1∼5 중량%의 첨가제
를 용융 및 혼합에 의해 혼입하는 단계,
b) 140℃ 이상의 온도에서 정적 또는 동적 혼합기를 이용하여 중합체 용융물에
v) 성분 i 내지 iv의 총 중량을 기준으로 1∼7 중량%의 유기 발포제, 및
vi) - 질소, 이산화탄소, 아르곤, 헬륨 및 이의 혼합물의 군에서 선택되는 - 0.01∼5 중량%의 공동-발포제
를 혼합에 의해 혼입하는 단계,
c) 다이 출구 직경이 1.5 mm 이하인 천공 다이플레이트를 통해 배출하는 단계, 및
d) 1∼21 bar 범위의 압력에서 다이플레이트의 바로 하류에서 발포제-함유 용융물을 수중 펠릿화하는 단계
를 포함하는, 폴리락트산-함유 발포성 펠릿의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 수중 펠릿화는 20∼80℃에서 수행되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이소펜탄이 단계 b)에서 유기 발포제로서 사용되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 a)에서, 산화철, 카본 블랙 및 유기 황색 안료를 포함하는 컬러 마스터배치가 용융물에 첨가되는 것인 제조 방법.
