Abstract
Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템을 개략적으로 도시한다.
도 2는 플루언스(50J/cm2) 및 3.5mm의 직경을 갖는 빔의 생물학적 조직에서의 전파를 도시하며(우측 플랫 탑 및 좌측 가우시안), 여기서 X 축은 깊이를 cm 단위로 나타내고 Y 축은 빔의 치수를 cm 단위로 나타낸다.
도 3은 3.5mm의 가우시안 빔 A, 3.5mm의 플랫 탑 빔 B, 1mm의 가우시안 빔 C, 1mm의 플랫 탑 빔 D를 사용하여 조직에서 유발된 온도 증가를 도시하고, 여기서 박스 E는 피지선의 위치를 강조하고, X 축은 깊이를 cm 단위로 나타내며, Y 축은 ℃를 나타낸다.
도 4는 이하에 더욱 명시되는 바와 같이 도 1에 제안된 레이아웃에서의 강도 분포의 전개를 도시하며, 여기서 X 축 및 Y 축은 빔의 치수(㎛)를 나타낸다.
Claims (8)
- 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템에 있어서,
각각 가우시안 형태를 갖는 제 1 레이저 빔 및 제 2 레이저 빔을 각각의 단일 모드 광섬유(11)에 공급하도록 구성된, 1690 내지 1750nm 범위의 파장을 갖는 적어도 2개의 레이저 소스(10);
상기 제 1 레이저 빔을 수용하도록 구성된 5m 이상의 길이를 갖는 제 1 다중 모드 광섬유(18);
상기 제 2 레이저 빔을 수용하도록 구성된 5m 이상의 길이를 갖는 제 2 다중 모드 광섬유(18);
상기 제 1 다중 모드 광섬유(18) 및 제 2 다중 모드 광섬유(18)에 연결되고, 제 3 레이저 빔을 제 3 광섬유(21)에 공급하도록 구성된 융합된 광섬유 결합기(20) - 상기 제 3 광섬유(21)는 5m 이상의 길이를 갖고, 상기 제 3 광섬유(21)는, 상기 융합된 광섬유 결합기(20)의 출력에 연결되고, 상기 제 3 레이저 빔을 수용하며, 그 출력으로서 제 4 레이저 빔을 제공하도록 구성됨 - ;
상기 제 4 레이저 빔을 수용하도록 구성된 제 4 광섬유(24);
2개의 렌즈(30, 31)를 포함하는 핸드피스(27) - 상기 2개의 렌즈의 초점 길이 간의 비율은 확대 계수를 결정하고, 상기 핸드피스는 상기 제 4 광섬유(24)와 연관됨 -
를 포함하며, 상기 레이저 시스템의 상기 레이저 빔 출력은 평균 정격 값의 15% 이하의 강도 분포 변화, 2.5mm보다 큰 직경 및 30J/cm2보다 큰 최대 유효 플루언스를 갖는 것인, 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 다중 모드 광섬유(18) 및 제 2 다중 모드 광섬유(18)는 2.405 내지 40 범위의 파라미터 V를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 광섬유(21)는 상기 제 1 다중 모드 광섬유(18)의 파라미터 V 이상인 파라미터 V를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 4 광섬유(24)는 상기 제 3 광섬유(21)의 파라미터 V보다 크거나 또는 상기 제 3 광섬유(21)의 파라미터 V에 가까운 파라미터 V를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 다중 모드 광섬유(18)는 105 미크론의 직경 및 0.22의 개구수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 광섬유(21)는 200 미크론의 직경과 0.22 이상의 개구수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 핸드피스(27)는 상기 제 4 레이저 빔을 확대하는 수단(30, 31), 및 상기 수단(30, 31)으로 구성된 광학 시스템의 이미지 평면에 위치된 사파이어 윈도우(32)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여드름의 선택적 치료를 위한 레이저 시스템.
