- 활물질 (A) 100 질량부와,
카르복실기를 갖는 수용성 증점제 (B) 0.1 질량부 이상 10 질량부 이하와,
입자상 결착제 (C) 0.1 질량부 이상 5 질량부 이하와,
가교제 (D) 0.01 질량부 이상 5 질량부 이하와,
물을 포함하는 슬러리 조성물로서,
상기 슬러리 조성물의 전체 고형분에 대한, 겔 퍼미에이션 크로마토그래피로 측정한 상기 슬러리 조성물 중의 분자량 3000 이하의 성분의 비율이 0.10 질량% 이하이고,
상기 입자상 결착제 (C) 는, 지방족 공액 디엔 단량체 단위 및 방향족 비닐 단량체 단위를 갖는 리튬 이온 2 차 전지 부극용 슬러리 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질 (A) 가 탭 밀도 0.70 이상인 슬러리 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가교제 (D) 가 카르보디이미드 구조를 갖는 슬러리 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 입자상 결착제 (C) 가 상기 가교제 (D) 와 반응하는 관능기를 갖고, 상기 관능기가 카르복실기, 수산기, 글리시딜에테르기, 티올기, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 기인 슬러리 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 슬러리 조성물로부터 얻어지는 부극 합재층을 갖는 리튬 이온 2 차 전지용 부극.
- 제 5 항에 기재된 리튬 이온 2 차 전지용 부극과, 정극과, 전해액과, 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 리튬 이온 2 차 전지.
- 활물질 (A) 100 질량부와,
카르복실기를 갖는 수용성 증점제 (B) 0.1 질량부 이상 10 질량부 이하와,
입자상 결착제 (C) 0.1 질량부 이상 5 질량부 이하를 포함하는 조성물 (CX) 와,
가교제 (D) 0.01 질량부 이상 5 질량부 이하와,
물을 혼합하는 공정을 포함하고,
상기 조성물 (CX) 에 있어서의 전체 고형분에 대한, 겔 퍼미에이션 크로마토그래피로 측정한 상기 조성물 (CX) 중의 분자량 3000 이하의 성분의 비율이 0.01 질량% 이하인 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 슬러리 조성물의 제조 방법.
