Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 금속 재료의 표면 상에 피막을 형성시키는 화성(化成) 처리제로서,
티타늄, 지르코늄 및 하프늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속을 함유하는 이온과,
불소 이온과,
알칸술폰산, 알칸올술폰산 및 이들의 이온으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종과,
3가의 철을 함유하는 이온
을 함유하고,
상기 알칸술폰산, 알칸올술폰산 및 이들의 이온으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 성분원의 배합량이, 3가의 철을 함유하는 이온에서의 철 환산 질량에 대하여 알칸술폰산 및/또는 알칸올술폰산의 술폰산 이온에 상당하는 삼산화황(SO3) 환산 질량으로 3배 초과이고,
상기 티타늄, 지르코늄 및 하프늄으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속을 함유하는 이온의 성분원의 배합량이, 합계 금속 환산 질량으로 5mg/kg 이상 2000mg/kg 이하이고,
상기 3가의 철을 함유하는 이온의 성분원의 배합량이, 철 환산 질량으로 5mg/kg 이상 2000mg/kg 이하의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 재료의 화성 처리제. - 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄, 마그네슘 및 아연으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 금속을 함유하는 이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화성 처리제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 및 수분산성의 수지로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화성 처리제.
- 금속 재료의 표면 상에 화성 피막을 제조하는 방법으로서,
제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 화성 처리제를 상기 표면 상에 접촉시키는 접촉 공정을 포함하는 방법. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 화성 처리제를 접촉시킨 상기 표면 상에 도장을 행하는 도장 공정을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 금속 재료와, 그의 표면 상에, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 화성 처리제를 접촉시킴으로써 형성된 화성 피막을 갖는 화성 피막 구비 금속 재료.
- 금속 재료와, 그의 표면 상에, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 화성 처리제를 접촉시킴으로써 형성된 화성 피막과, 당해 화성 피막의 표면 상에, 도료 조성물을 함유하는 도막을 갖는 도장 금속 재료.
