Claims (7)
- 상호 간 적층 배열되고 전기적으로 직/병렬연결된 파우치형 배터리 셀들을 구비한 배터리 모듈로서,
어느 하나의 파우치형 배터리 셀의 전극 리드를 향해 다른 파우치형 배터리 셀들의 전극 리드들이 편향되어 일단부들이 겹쳐지되,
상기 파우치형 배터리 셀들, 각각은 테라스와 전극 리드 사이의 경계 부분이 상기 전극 리드들이 편향되는 방향으로 밴딩된 형태로 처리된 R밴딩부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 R밴딩부는 라운드진 형태를 취하며, 상기 테라스는 선단부가 상기 R밴딩부에서 가장 오목한 부분에 위치하도록 밴딩된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
적어도 2개 이상의 양극 리드들의 일단부가 겹쳐져 곧게 벋은 형태로 마련되는 양극 리드 그룹과, 상기 양극 리드 그룹과 같은 방향에 상기 양극 리드들의 개수와 동일한 개수로 겹쳐져 곧게 벋은 형태로 마련되는 음극 리드 그룹을 포함하며,
상기 양극 리드 그룹과 상기 음극 리드 그룹에서 최근접 거리에서 서로 마주하는 제1 양극 리드와 제1 음극 리드를 기준하여, 나머지 양극 리드들은 상기 제1 양극 리드를 향해 편향되고 나머지 음극 리드들은 상기 제1 음극 리드를 향해 편향되게 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 양극 리드 그룹과 상기 음극 리드 그룹을 전기적으로 연결시키는 버스바 조립체를 더 포함하며,
상기 버스바 조립체는,
막대형 전도체 형태로 마련된 고정형 버스바;
상기 고정형 버스바를 가운데 두고 상기 고정형 버스바의 양쪽 옆으로 이격 배치되어 상기 고정형 버스바와의 사이에 상기 양극 리드 그룹과 상기 음극 리드 그룹을 각각 삽입할 수 있는 끼움 공간을 형성하는 한 쌍의 이동형 버스바; 및
상기 양극 리드 그룹과 상기 음극 리드 그룹이 상기 끼움 공간에 위치한 상태에서 상기 한 쌍의 이동형 버스바를 상기 고정형 버스바에 근접하게 이동시켜 상기 양극 리드 그룹과 상기 음극 리드 그룹을 상기 고정형 버스바에 밀착시키는 밀착부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 밀착부재는,
양단부가 상기 한 쌍의 이동형 버스바에 결합되어 탄성 복원력으로 상기 한 쌍의 이동형 버스바를 상호 간 대향하는 방향으로 이동시키는 판 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 한 쌍의 이동형 버스바는 각각
상기 고정형 버스바에 나란하게 마련되는 밀착부와, 상기 밀착부의 양쪽 끝단에서 절곡되게 연장 형성되고 상기 판 스프링에 연결되는 간격 조절부를 구비하고,
상기 고정형 버스바를 가운데 두고 상호 간 대칭되게 배치되어 상기 고정형 버스바의 둘레를 에워싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
