Abstract
산화물 반도체를 포함하는 트랜지스터 위에 유기 수지막을 형성한 제 1 기판을 감압 분위기하에서 열처리하고, 열처리 후의 제 1 기판을 대기에 노출시키지 않고 가능한 한 수분이 적은 분위기(예를 들어, 이슬점 -60℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 이슬점 -75℃ 이하의 불활성 가스(예를 들어 질소) 분위기, 또는 이슬점 -60℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 이슬점 -75℃ 이하의 건조 공기(드라이 에어) 분위기)하에서 취급(handling)하고, 대향 기판으로서 기능하는 제 2 기판과 접합시킴으로써, 반도체 장치를 제작한다.

Claims (15)
- 반도체 장치의 제작 방법에 있어서,
트랜지스터 및 상기 트랜지스터 위의 유기막이 제공된 제 1 기판에 감압 분위기하에서 열처리를 수행하는 단계와;
상기 제 1 기판 또는 제 2 기판에 실런트(sealant)를 도포하는 단계와;
상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판을 서로 대향시키도록 배치하고, 상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판을 상기 실런트를 개재(介在)하여 접합하는 단계와;
상기 실런트를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 유기막은 평탄화막으로서 기능하고,
상기 열처리를 수행하는 단계로부터 상기 실런트를 경화시키는 단계까지는 대기에 노출시키지 않고 이슬점 -60℃ 이하의 분위기하에서 연속적으로 수행하는, 반도체 장치의 제작 방법. - 반도체 장치의 제작 방법에 있어서,
트랜지스터 및 상기 트랜지스터 위의 유기막이 제공된 제 1 기판에 감압 분위기하에서 열처리를 수행하는 단계와;
상기 제 1 기판 또는 제 2 기판에 폐쇄 루프형으로 실런트를 도포하고, 상기 실런트 내에 액정을 적하하는 단계와;
상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판을 서로 대향시키도록 배치하고, 상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판을 상기 실런트를 개재하여 서로 접합하는 단계와;
상기 실런트를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 유기막은 평탄화막으로서 기능하고,
상기 열처리를 수행하는 단계로부터 상기 실런트를 경화시키는 단계까지는 대기에 노출시키지 않고 이슬점 -60℃ 이하의 분위기하에서 연속적으로 수행하는, 반도체 장치의 제작 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판을 서로 접합하는 상기 단계 전에 감압 분위기하에서 상기 제 2 기판에 열처리를 수행하는, 반도체 장치의 제작 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열처리를 수행하는 단계로부터 상기 실런트를 경화시키는 단계까지는 불활성 가스 분위기하에서 수행하는, 반도체 장치의 제작 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 기판과 상기 제 2 기판의 접합은 감압 분위기하에서 수행하는, 반도체 장치의 제작 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 트랜지스터는 산화물 반도체층을 포함하는, 반도체 장치의 제작 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
발광성 유기 화합물을 함유하는 발광 소자를 더 포함하는, 반도체 장치의 제작 방법. - 삭제
