Claims (6)
- 폴리이미드 필름; 및
상기 폴리이미드 필름의 적어도 일면에 건조 두께가 10 내지 40㎛로 형성된 점착층을 포함하되,
상기 폴리이미드 필름은,
비스 트리플루오로메틸 벤지딘(TFDB), 2,2-비스(3,4-디카르복시페닐)헥사플루오로프로판 디안하이드라이드(6FDA), 비페닐 테트라카르복실릭 디안하이드라이드(BPDA) 및 테레프탈로일 클로라이드(TPC)를 포함하는 폴리이미드계 수지; 및
표면에 OH기가 결합된 비결정질 실리카 입자;를 포함하고,
상기 점착층은 실리콘 검, 실시콘계 수지, 내화학 첨가제 및 실란 커플링제를 포함하며, 상기 실리콘 검 및 실리콘계 수지는 중량기준 45:55 내지 55:45 의 함량비를 가지며,
ASTM D 65 측정 기준, 350 내지 700nm에서의 평균 투과도가 88% 이상이고, ASTM E313 측정 기준, 황색도가 4.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 플라스틱 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 점착력이 100 내지 1,000 g/in인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 플라스틱 기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착층은 바(Bar)코팅, 스핀(Spin) 코팅, 리버스 롤 코팅(reverse roll coating), 캘린더 코팅(calender coating), 커텐 코팅(curtain coating), 압출 코팅(extrusion coating), 캐스트 코팅(cast coating), 역로드 코팅(inverted rod coating), 인그레이브 롤 코팅(ingraved roll coating), 침지 코팅(dip coation), 분사 코팅(spray coating), 에어 나이프 코팅(air knife coating), 거품 코팅(foam coating) 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 코팅 방식으로 형성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 플라스틱 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드 필름은 ASTM D 65 측정 기준, 350 내지 700nm에서의 평균 투과도가 85% 이상이고, ASTM E313 측정 기준, 황색도가 15 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 플라스틱 기판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드 필름은 열변형해석법(TMA-Method)에 따라 50 내지 250℃에서 측정한 평균 선형 열팽창계수(CTE)가 20ppm/℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이용 플라스틱 기판.
