Abstract
바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명의 픽업롤러의 제조방법은 상기 픽업롤러의 내마모율과 고마찰계수를 위한 알루미늄 또는 그 합금과 스테인레스강 또는 그 합금 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 복수의 금속분말을 상기 EPDM에 혼입하기 위한 전처리를 실행하고, 상기 전처리에 의해 금속분말이 함유된 EPDM에 상기 충전제로서 카본블랙, 황가교제, 산화아연(ZnO), 프로세스오일 및 가공조제를 혼합하여 교반하여 그 교반된 상기 금속분말함유 EPDM과 충전제의 혼합물을 픽업롤러성형장치에 의해 성형하게 된다.

Claims (3)
- 폴리머로서의 EPDM(Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)와 카본블랙, 황가교제, 산화아연(ZnO), 프로세스오일의 충전제를 포함하여 지폐계수라든지 급지를 위한 픽업롤러를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 픽업롤러의 내마모율과 고마찰계수를 위한 알루미늄 또는 그 합금과 스테인레스강 또는 그 합금 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 복수의 비자성 금속분말을 상기 EPDM에 혼입시키기 위한 전처리를 실행하고,
상기 전처리에 의해 금속분말이 함유된 EPDM에 상기 충전제를 혼합하여 교반하며,
상기 교반된 비자성 금속분말함유 EPDM과 충전제의 혼합물을 픽업롤러성형장치에 의해 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 픽업롤러의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전처리는 300~400㎛ 보다 큰 치수의 비자성 금속분말에 전처리용액을 공급하여 밀링(연마)함으로써 100~200㎛로 치수최소화하는 방식과,
상기 100~200㎛치수의 금속분말을 상기 EPDM의 제조 시에 혼입되도록 하는 방식 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 픽업롤러의 제조방법.
