Claims (13)
- 복수개의 배터리 모듈이 탑재되는 트레이와;
상기 트레이의 바닥면에 설치되는 복수개의 트레이 단자와;
상기 복수개의 트레이 단자를 상호 연결하거나 외부 회로와 연결하는 연결 배선과;
상기 복수개의 배터리 모듈에 각각 구비되어 상기 트레이 단자와 접속되는 배터리 단자를 포함하되,
상기 연결 배선은 상기 트레이에 매립되어 있으며, 상기 트레이 단자는 상기 트레이의 바닥면에 돌출되게 설치되고, 상기 배터리 단자는 상기 배터리 모듈의 밑면에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥 접속형 트레이를 갖는 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 트레이 단자는 상기 트레이의 바닥면에서 상기 각 배터리 모듈이 놓이는 위치에 각각 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥 접속형 트레이를 갖는 배터리 팩. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 트레이 단자와 상기 배터리 단자는 암수 결합 방식으로 상호 결합될 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바닥 접속형 트레이를 갖는 배터리 팩. - 삭제

- 청구항 1, 3 및 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 바닥 접속형 트레이를 갖는 배터리 팩 제조 방법으로서,
트레이의 바닥면에 복수개의 트레이 단자들을 구성하고, 상기 복수개의 트레이 단자를 상호 연결하거나 외부 회로와 연결될 수 있도록 연결 배선을 설치하는 제 1 단계와;
상기 제 1 단계 후에 상기 트레이의 바닥면에 상기 복수개의 배터리 모듈을 설치하되, 각 배터리 모듈에 구성된 배터리 단자를 상기 각 트레이 단자에 연결하여 상기 트레이에 상기 복수개의 배터리 모듈을 탑재하는 제 2 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제 1 단계에서 트레이 단자들은 트레이 바닥면에서 돌출된 구조로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제 1 단계에서 상기 연결 배선은 상기 트레이를 사출 성형할 때 인서트 사출 방식으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제 1 단계에서 상기 트레이 단자 및 상기 연결 배선은 회로판에 함께 구성되어 상기 트레이 상부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제 2 단계에서 상기 각 배터리 모듈을 설치할 때 상기 트레이 단자가 배터리 단자에 삽입되는 방식으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 제조 방법. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 제 2 단계는 로봇을 이용하여 상기 트레이에 상기 배터리 모듈을 안착시키면서 상기 배터리 단자와 트레이 단자를 결합시켜 자동 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩 제조 방법.
