Abstract
본 발명의 은으로 코팅된 3차원 그래핀 볼은 탄수화물로 구성된 코어를 기반으로 코팅되는 은과의 부착력이 우수한 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 전자파 차폐 조성물은 고방열 특성을 가지며 구형 분말 형태를 가져 모재를 균일하게 코팅할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명의 제조방법은 수열합성을 이용하여 구형의 그래핀 볼을 형성할 수 있고, 별도의 촉매제 없이 방열효과와 전자파 차폐효과가 우수한 조성물을 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 은 코팅이 에칭된 그래핀 볼의 모식도이다.
도 3은 각각 본 발명에 따라 제조된 카본볼, 은 코팅된 카본볼, 은 코팅된 그래핀 볼의 사진이다.

도 6은 본 발명에 따른 조성물의 코팅 두께에 따라 시트의 전자파 차폐율을 나타낸 그래프이다.
Claims (15)
- 탄수화물로부터 유래된 카본볼;
상기 카본볼을 은(Ag) 입자로 코팅하는 코팅층; 및
상기 카본볼과 상기 코팅층 사이에 형성된 그래핀 영역;을 포함하고,
상기 탄수화물은 알데하이드기를 포함하고, 상기 카본볼은 상부에 불규칙적으로 분포된 금속염 촉매를 가지며, 상기 그래핀 영역은 상기 금속염 촉매를 중심으로 상기 카본볼과 상기 은 코팅층 사이 비연속적인 일부 영역에 복수층으로 형성되는, 3차원 그래핀 볼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 탄수화물은 단당류 또는 이당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 촉매는 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 또는 철(Fe) 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 은(Ag) 함량이 30 ~ 90 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
평균 직경이 1 ~ 30 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
알리파틱 아민 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 3차원 그래핀 볼을 포함하는 전자파 차폐용 조성물.
- 금속염 촉매를 포함하는 탄수화물을 수열합성하여 카본볼을 제조하는 제1단계;
상기 카본볼을 코팅하는 은(Ag) 입자 코팅층을 형성하는 제2단계; 및
상기 코팅층을 가지는 카본볼에 그래핀 영역을 형성하기 위하여 열처리하는 제3단계;를 포함하고,
상기 은(Ag) 입자는 상기 탄수화물에 포함된 알데하이드기와 반응하여 상기 카본볼을 코팅하고, 상기 그래핀 영역은 상기 카본볼의 상부에 불규칙적으로 분포된 금속염 촉매를 중심으로 적층되고, 상기 금속염 촉매를 중심으로 상기 카본볼과 상기 은 코팅층 사이 비연속적인 일부 영역에 복수층으로 형성되는, 3차원 그래핀 볼의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 탄수화물은 단당류 또는 이당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제1단계는 탄수화물을 용매에 분산하는 단계; 금속염 촉매 하에 수열합성하는 단계; 수세단계; 및 건조단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 금속염 촉매는 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 또는 철(Fe) 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제2단계는 상기 카본볼을 코팅액에 분산하여 분산액을 준비하는 단계; 상기 분산액을 교반하고 적하하는 단계; 수세단계; 및 건조단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제3단계는 600 ~ 1000℃에서 20 ~ 30% H2/Ar 가스를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제3단계 이후 알리파틱 아민으로 코팅하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 그래핀 볼의 제조방법.
