Claims (6)
- (A) 폴리카보네이트 수지 80~99 중량%;
(B) 코어-쉘 구조를 가지는 충격보강제 0.5~10 중량%;
(C) 백색 충진제 0.5~10 중량%; 및
상기 (A) 내지 (C) 성분 총 100 중량부에 대하여 (D) 색료 0.00005~0.004 중량부;
를 포함하는 레이저 마킹용 열가소성 수지 조성물로서,
상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 하기 방법에 따라 측정된 레이저 마킹 전 Color L값이 89 이상 및 레이저 마킹 전·후 Color L 변화량(ΔL)이 40 이상이고, IZOD 상온 충격강도(ASTM D256, 1/8" 시편, 23℃)가 72 kgf·cm/cm 이상이고, IZOD 저온 충격강도(ASTM D256, 1/8" 시편, -30℃)가 20 kgf·cm/cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹용 열가소성 수지 조성물:
[Color L 측정방법]
색차계(Datacolor 850, SCI 모드)를 이용하여 수지 조성물 시편의 Color L값을 측정하고, 레이저 마킹 기기(Fiber laser 1kw, IPG사)를 이용하여 시편에 4 ㎝ × 4 ㎝ 크기의 영역을 레이저 마킹(Speed: 800 mm/sec, Power: 60%, Frequency: 20 kHz, Pulse Width: 5㎲, Pitch: 0.05 mm)한 후 시편의 Color L값을 측정함. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 용융지수(300℃, 1.2 kg 하중)가 5~40 g/10min인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹용 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 충격보강제는 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 공중합체 및 메틸메타크릴레이트-실록산 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹용 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 백색 충진제는 산화티탄, 탈크, 산화아연, 황화아연 및 칼슘카보네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹용 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 색료는 유기 안료; 또는 유기 염료; 카본블랙, 흑연, 그래핀, 카본나노튜브, 카본나노섬유, 티타늄블랙 및 블랙산화철로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 무기 안료; 또는 무기 염료인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹용 열가소성 수지 조성물. - 삭제
