Claims (15)
- 실리카 입자를 포함하는 실리카 졸을 준비하는 단계;
PE(Polyethylene), PVdC(Poly(Vinylidene Chloride) 및 OPP(Oriented Polypropylene)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 바인더를 포함하는 바인더 용액에 VTMO(Vinyltrimethoxysilane) 및 VTEOS(Vinyltriethoxysilane)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질과 포름산(formic acid, HCOOH) 및 아세트산(Acetic acid, CH3COOH)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 혼합하여 개질 바인더 용액을 형성하는 단계;
상기 실리카 졸 및 상기 개질 바인더 용액을 혼합하여 도공액을 형성하는 단계; 및
원지에 상기 도공액을 도포하고 건조하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 실리카 졸에 함유된 실리카 입자는 글리시독시프로필 메틸디메톡시실란(Glycidoxypropyl methyldimethoxy silane), 글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시 실란(Glycidoxypropyl trimethoxy silane), 글리시독시프로필 트리에톡시 실란(Glycidoxypropyl triethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 메틸디메톡시 실란(Methacryloxypropyl methydimethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 트리메톡시 실란(methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 트리에톡시 실란(Methacryloxypropyl triethoxy silane) 및 아크릴록시프로필 트리메톡시실란(Acryloxypropyl trimethoxy silan)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 실란 커플링제로 표면개질되어 있고,
상기 표면개질에 의해 코어(core)는 상기 실리카 입자로 이루어지고 상기 코어를 감싸는 쉘(shell)은 상기 실란 커플링제로 구성되는 구조를 이루며,
상기 개질 바인더 용액을 형성하는 단계에서,
상기 VTMO(Vinyltrimethoxysilane) 및 VTEOS(Vinyltriethoxysilane)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질은 상기 바인더 용액에 함유된 바인더 100중량부에 대하여 1∼30중량부를 이루도록 하고,
상기 포름산(formic acid, HCOOH) 및 아세트산(Acetic acid, CH3COOH)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질은 상기 바인더 용액에 함유된 바인더와 상기 VTMO(Vinyltrimethoxysilane) 및 VTEOS(Vinyltriethoxysilane)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질의 전체 함량 100중량부에 대하여 1∼30중량부를 이루도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 졸을 준비하는 단계는,
용매에 실리카 소스 물질과 촉매를 첨가하고 교반하면서 반응시켜 실리카 졸을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 실리카 소스 물질은 테트라에틸오르소실리케이트(TEOS; Tetraethylorthosilicate) 및 물유리로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매와 상기 실리카 소스 물질이 1:1∼10:1의 부피비로 이루도록 상기 촉매를 첨가하고,
상기 촉매는 NH4OH를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자는 10~100㎚의 평균 입경을 갖고,
상기 실리카 졸은 상기 실리카 입자 10∼35중량%를 함유하는 졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 글리시독시프로필 메틸디메톡시실란(Glycidoxypropyl methyldimethoxy silane), 글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시 실란(Glycidoxypropyl trimethoxy silane), 글리시독시프로필 트리에톡시 실란(Glycidoxypropyl triethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 메틸디메톡시 실란(Methacryloxypropyl methydimethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 트리메톡시 실란(methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 트리에톡시 실란(Methacryloxypropyl triethoxy silane) 및 아크릴록시프로필 트리메톡시실란(Acryloxypropyl trimethoxy silan)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 실란 커플링제가 상기 실리카 졸에 첨가되고 교반되어 상기 실리카 졸에 함유된 실리카 입자가 표면개질되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제는 상기 실리카 졸에 함유된 실리카 입자 100중량부에 대하여 1∼30중량부를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도공액을 형성하는 단계에서,
글리시독시프로필 메틸디메톡시실란(Glycidoxypropyl methyldimethoxy silane), 글리시독시프로필 트리메톡시 실란(Glycidoxypropyl trimethoxy silane), 글리시독시프로필 트리에톡시 실란(Glycidoxypropyl triethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 메틸디메톡시 실란(Methacryloxypropyl methydimethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 트리메톡시 실란(methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane), 메타크릴록시프로필 트리에톡시 실란(Methacryloxypropyl triethoxy silane) 및 아크릴록시프로필 트리메톡시실란(Acryloxypropyl trimethoxy silan)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 실란 커플링제가 혼합되어 상기 실리카 졸에 함유된 실리카 입자가 표면개질되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실란 커플링제는 상기 실리카 졸에 함유된 실리카 입자 100중량부에 대하여 1∼30중량부를 이루도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도공액을 형성하는 단계에서 탄산리튬을 더 혼합하여 상기 도공액을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탄산리튬은 상기 도공액에 0.01∼15중량% 함유되게 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 졸에 함유된 실리카와 상기 바인더 용액에 함유된 바인더가 0.5:1∼2:1의 중량비를 이루도록 상기 실리카 졸과 상기 개질 바인더 용액을 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도공지의 제조방법.
