Claims (6)
- 합성 수지제의 튜브의 선단부 내에 압입되는 팽출부가 축 방향 일단부의 외주로 돌출되어 형성된 이너링,
상기 팽출부가 상기 튜브의 선단부 내에 압입된 상태에서, 상기 이너링의 축 방향 타단부가 압입되는 환형의 실링 홈이 내주 측에 형성되어 있고, 또한, 외주에 수나사부가 형성된 합성 수지제의 이음 본체, 및
상기 이너링의 상기 축 방향 타단부를 상기 실링 홈에 압입한 상태에서 상기 이음 본체의 수나사부에 조여지는 암나사부가 내주에 형성된 합성 수지제의 유니온 너트
를 구비한 합성 수지제 관이음으로서,
상기 이음 본체 측에는, 축 방향에 대하여 수직인 면인 제1 대향면이 설치되고,
상기 유니온 너트 측에는, 상기 제1 대향면에 대향하는 제2 대향면이 설치되고,
상기 제1 대향면 및 상기 제2 대향면 중 한쪽의 대향면에 설치되고, 다른 쪽의 대향면을 향해 돌출되는 걸어맞춤 볼록부, 및
상기 다른 쪽의 대향면에 설치되고, 상기 유니온 너트가 적정 위치까지 조여진 시점에서 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부가 걸어맞추어지는 걸어맞춤 오목부
를 구비하고,
상기 다른 쪽의 대향면의 상기 걸어맞춤 오목부의 인접 위치에 있어서 상기 한쪽의 대향면을 향해 돌출되어 설치되고, 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부가 상기 걸어맞춤 오목부에 걸어맞추어진 상태에서 조임 방향으로 조여지는 것을 규제하는 규제부를 더 구비하고,
상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부의 상기 다른 쪽의 대향면을 향하여 돌출되는 돌출량은, 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부가 상기 걸어맞춤 오목부에 걸어맞추어지기 직전에 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부가 상기 다른 쪽의 대향면에 맞닿도록 설정되고,
상기 규제부의 상기 한쪽의 대향면을 향하여 돌출되는 돌출량은 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부의 상기 돌출량의 설정에 의해 상기 걸어맞춤 상태에서 발생하고,
상기 한쪽의 대향면과 상기 다른 쪽의 대향면 사이의 간극에 상기 규제부가 들어가도록 설정되어 있는, 합성 수지제 관이음. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이음 본체 측의 외주의 소정 위치에 설치되고, 직경 방향 외측 방향으로 돌출되는 제1 돌출부, 및
상기 유니온 너트 측의 외주의 소정 위치에 설치되고, 직경 방향 외측 방향으로 돌출되는 제2 돌출부를 더 구비하고,
상기 제1 돌출부 및 상기 제2 돌출부는, 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부가 상기 걸어맞춤 오목부에 걸어맞추어진 시점에서, 서로의 주위 방향의 위치가 일치하도록 배치되어 있는, 합성 수지제 관이음. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 돌출부는, 상기 제1 대향면의 일부로 된 이음 본체 측 단면을 가지고,
상기 제1 대향면에 설치되는 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부 또는 상기 걸어맞춤 오목부의 일부가, 상기 이음 본체 측 단면에 형성되어 있는, 합성 수지제 관이음. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2 돌출부는, 상기 제2 대향면의 일부로 된 유니온 너트 측 단면을 가지고,
상기 제2 대향면에 설치되는 상기 걸어맞춤 볼록부 또는 상기 걸어맞춤 오목부의 일부가, 상기 유니온 너트 측 단면에 형성되어 있는, 합성 수지제 관이음. - 삭제
