Abstract
가교 구조 및 1.8mmol/g 이상의 염형 카복실기를 가지는 흡방습성 미립자에 염기성 고분자가 0.05중량% 이상 부착되어 있는 기능성 미립자로서, 평균 입자 직경이 0.01~200μm의 범위에 있는 기능성 미립자.
Description
Claims (11)
- 가교성 모노머를 공중합함으로써 도입된 가교 구조 및 1.8mmol/g 이상의 염형 카복실기를 가지는 흡방습성 미립자에 염기성 고분자가 0.05중량% 이상 부착되어 있는 흡습 소취성 미립자로서, 평균 입자 직경이 0.01~200μm의 범위에 있고 물에 대한 팽윤도가 5배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습 소취성 미립자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 20℃×65% RH 환경하에서의 포화 흡습률이 15% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습 소취성 미립자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 암모니아 냄새 제거율:70% 이상, 아세트산 냄새 제거율:80% 이상, 아이소발레르산 냄새 제거율:85% 이상, 노넨알 냄새 제거율:75% 이상의 소취 성능을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습 소취성 미립자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 유레테인계 인공 피혁에 배합되었을 때, 하기의 측정방법에 따른 박리 강도 유지율이 36% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습 소취성 미립자.
[박리 강도 유지율의 측정방법]
시료를 폭 2cm, 길이 13cm로 커트한 후, 폴리 테이프(폴리유레테인 핫멜트 테이프)를 시료 표면에 열 압착하고, 정속신장형 인장력 시험기에 의해 박리 강도 시험을 행한다. 인장 속도:100mm/min 조건에서 시험을 행하고, 박리 개시시의 하중을 계측한다. 입자를 함유하고 있지 않은 시료와 입자를 함유하는 시료에 대해서 각각 박리 강도를 측정하고, 다음 식에 따라 박리 강도 유지율을 산출한다.
박리 강도 유지율(%)=(입자 함유 시료의 박리 강도)/(입자 비함유 시료의 박리 강도)×100 - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 흡방습성 미립자 중의 전체 카복실기량에 대한 염형 카복실기량의 비율이 40~99%의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습 소취성 미립자.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 흡습 소취성 미립자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 제품이 인조 피혁인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 제품이 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 제품이 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지 제품을 구성하는 수지가 유레테인계 수지를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 수지 제품을 구성하는 수지가 셀룰로오스계 중합체 및/또는 아크릴로나이트릴계 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 제품.
