도 4는 광빔의 사이즈 변화과정을 설명하기 위해 도 2의 빔사이즈 조정부가 메인 광출사 경로를 벗어난 상태의 광빔을 나타내 보인 도면이고,
도 5는 광빔의 사이즈 변화과정을 설명하기 위해 도 2의 빔사이즈 조정부의 메인 광출사 경로에 확산렌즈와 제1볼록렌즈가 진입된 상태의 광빔의 변화를 나타내 보인 도면이고,
도 6은 광빔의 사이즈 변화과정을 설명하기 위해 도 2의 빔사이즈 조정부의 메인 광출사 경로에 확산렌즈와 제2볼록렌즈가 진입된 상태의 광빔의 변화를 나타내 보인 도면이고,

- 성형 재료에 레이저를 조사하여 성형할 수 있도록 된 3D 프린터의 레이저 조사장치에 있어서,
레이저 광을 출사하는 레이저 광원과;
상기 레이저 광원에서 출사되는 광을 평행광으로 변환시키는 메인 콜리메이팅 렌즈와;
상기 메인 콜리메이팅 렌즈를 통해 출사되는 광의 메인 광출사경로에 입출되면서 광빔의 단면적 크기를 조정하는 빔사이즈 조정부와;
상기 빔사이즈 조정부를 거쳐 진행되는 광을 설정된 목표 위치로 조사되게 스캔하는 빔스캔부;를 구비하고,
상기 빔사이즈 조정부는
상기 메인 콜리메이팅 렌즈를 통해 진행되는 광의 진행경로상의 상기 메인 광출사경로 내외로 입출되게 설치되며 상기 메인 광출사경로 내에 진입된 상태에서 상기 메인 콜리메이팅 렌즈를 통해 진행되는 광을 확산시키며 음의 값의 제1초점거리를 갖는 확산렌즈와;
상기 확산렌즈를 통해 진행되는 광의 진행경로상의 상기 메인 광출사경로 내외로 입출되게 설치되며 상기 메인 광출사경로 내에 진입된 상태에서 상기 확산렌즈를 통해 확산되는 광을 평행광으로 변환시키며 양의 값의 초점거리를 갖는 적어도 하나의 볼록렌즈와;
상기 확산렌즈와 상기 볼록렌즈의 상기 메인 광출사경로 내외로 입출되게 구동하는 입출 구동부;를 구비하고,
상기 메인 광출사경로상에서 상기 확산렌즈와 상기 볼록렌즈 사이의 이격거리는 상기 볼록렌즈의 초점거리에서 상기 제1초점거리를 합산한 값에 해당하는 거리를 갖도록 되어 있고,
상기 입출구동부는
상기 확산렌즈와 상기 볼록렌즈 각각을 지지하는 지지링과, 상기 지지링으로부터 연장된 가동바를 갖는 홀더와;
상기 가동바의 종단과 결합되어 상기 지지링의 중심을 상기 메인 광출사경로 내외로 입출되게 회동시키는 구동모터와;
상기 구동모터의 회전축을 회전가능하게 지지하는 하우징에 상기 가동바가 상기 메인 광출사경로 내의 진입위치에 도달되면 과이동을 방지하게 상기 가동바를 간섭하는 제1과이동 방지스토퍼;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터의 레이저 광조사 장치. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에는
상기 가동바가 상기 메인 광출사경로를 벗어난 대기위치에 도달되면 과이동을 방지하게 상기 가동바를 간섭하는 제2과이동 방지스토퍼;를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3D 프린터의 레이저 광조사 장치.
