Abstract
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 강도와 공기 투과성이 개선된 이성분 부직포 및 그 제조방법은 이성분 중합체를 사용하고 방사방식을 개선 컨쥬게이트 및 혼합 방사로 하여 PTT 부직포를 제조하고 제조조건을 최적화하여, 다양한 용도의 부직포 시트로서 요구되는 적정한 내구성 및 소프트성의 기존의 물성을 유지하면서 강도 및 공기투과도를 개선하여 종래의 문제점을 해결하였다.

Claims (7)
- 코어부는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate; PET)와 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polytrimethylene terephthalate; PTT)를 브랜드한 것을 사용하고, 시스부는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트만으로 이루어진 것을 사용하여 컨쥬게이트 방식으로 제조한 시스/코어(Sheath/Core) 형태의 필라멘트 웹으로서,
상기 코어부의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트는 융점(Tm)이 250 내지 270℃, 상기 코어부의 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트는 융점(Tm)이 215 내지 235℃이고, 상기 시스부의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트는 융점(Tm)이 210 내지 230℃인 것을 사용하며,
상기 코어부의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트는 60 내지 40중량부, 상기 코어부의 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트는 10 내지 50중량부, 상기 시스부의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트는 30 내지 10중량부의 함량으로 구성되며,
이들은 혼합되어 구금을 통해 방사되어지되, 각각 직경이 0.28 내지 0.60㎜이며, 평균 필라멘트 섬도가 2 내지 4 데니어를 방사할 수 있는 구금과, 평균 필라멘트의 섬도가 7 내지 13 데니어를 방사할 수 있는 태섬도 구금이 평행하게 배열되어 방사되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 공기 투과성이 개선된 이성분 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 웹은 무엠보 또는 엠보 패턴(pattern)에 따라 열압착하여 결합한 단층 또는 다층으로 된 부직포로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 강도와 공기 투과성이 개선된 이성분 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 단위면적당 중량이 40 내지 100g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 공기 투과성이 개선된 이성분 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 공기투과도는 200ccs 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 공기 투과성이 개선된 이성분 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포의 강도는 MD 강도 20kgf/5cm 이상이고 CD 강도는 10kgf/5cm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강도와 공기 투과성이 개선된 이성분 부직포.
- 심초형 부직포의 제조방법에 있어서, 코어부는 융점이 250 내지 270℃인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate; PET) 60 내지 40중량부와 융점이 215 내지 235℃인 폴리트리메틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polytrimethylene terephthalate; PTT) 10 내지 50중량부를 건조하고 결정화시킨 후 하나의 익스트루더에 공급하고, 시스부는 융점이 210 내지 230℃인 PET 중합체 30 내지 10중량부를 건조기에서 건조하고 결정화시킨 후 하나의 익스트루더에 공급한 후, 각각의 공급펌프를 통해 하나로 구성된 구금을 통해 각각의 직경이 0.28 내지 0.60㎜이며, 평균 필라멘트 섬도가 2 내지 4 데니어를 방사할 수 있는 구금과, 평균 필라멘트의 섬도가 7 내지 13 데니어를 방사할 수 있는 태섬도 구금을 평행하게 배열하여 방사하고, 냉각, 고화시켜 필라멘트간 융착을 방지시키며, 연신 후 웹을 형성하고 융착하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 강도와 공기 투과성이 개선된 이성분 부직포의 제조방법.
