Claims (8)
- 표시패널;
상기 표시패널에 스캔신호를 공급하는 스캔 구동부; 및
상기 스캔 구동부를 제어하는 타이밍 제어부를 포함하되,
상기 스캔 구동부는 상기 타이밍 제어부로부터 출력되는 클록신호의 이상 유무를 감지하고 보정하는 보정회로부를 포함하고,
상기 보정회로부는 상기 타이밍 제어부로부터 출력되는 온 클록신호와 오프 클록신호 중 적어도 하나에 누락이 감지되면, 상기 온 클록신호와 상기 오프 클록신호 중 적어도 하나를 보정하고,
상기 보정회로부는 상기 타이밍 제어부로부터 출력되는 오프 클록신호에 누락이 감지되면, 누락된 오프 클록신호의 다음에 오는 온 클록신호를 오프 클록신호로 대체하여 보정하는 표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스캔 구동부는
상기 보정회로부를 갖는 레벨 시프터부와 상기 레벨 시프터부로부터 출력된 게이트 클록신호에 대응하여 스캔신호를 생성하는 시프트 레지스터부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보정회로부는
상기 타이밍 제어부로부터 출력되는 온 클록신호와 오프 클록신호 중 적어도 하나에 누락이 감지되면, 상기 레벨 시프터부로부터 출력되는 게이트 클록신호를 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 보정회로부는
상기 타이밍 제어부로부터 출력되는 온 클록신호에 누락이 감지되면,
누락된 온 클록신호 다음에 오는 온 클록신호에 대응하여 제N게이트 클록신호와 제N+1게이트 클록신호를 동일한 상태로 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 보정회로부는
제1 내지 제4보정회로부를 포함하고,
상기 제1보정회로부는 상기 타이밍 제어부로부터 출력되는 상기 온 클록신호와 상기 제4보정회로부로부터 출력된 온 클록신호 및 오프 클록신호를 기반으로 오프 클록신호의 누락 유무를 감지하고,
상기 제2보정회로부는 상기 타이밍 제어부로부터 출력되는 상기 오프 클록신호와 상기 제4보정회로부로부터 출력된 온 클록신호 및 오프 클록신호를 기반으로 온 클록신호의 누락 유무를 감지하고,
상기 제3보정회로부는 온 클록신호나 오프 클록신호의 누락된 부분이 발생하게 되면 온 클록신호나 오프 클록신호 중 하나로 누락분을 대체하여 보정하고,
상기 제4보정회로부는 온 클록신호나 오프 클록신호의 누락된 부분이 발생하게 되면 게이트 클록신호들을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1보정회로부는
2개의 온 클록신호 사이에 1개의 오프 클록신호가 발생하면 정상 상태로 인식하고, 2개의 온 클록신호 사이에 1개의 오프 클록신호가 미발생하면 비정상 상태(오프 클록신호 누락 상태)로 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제2보정회로부는
하나의 게이트 클록신호가 종료되기 전까지 다다음 게이트 클록신호가 로직하이 상태를 유지되면 정상 상태로 인식하고, 하나의 게이트 클록신호가 종료되기 전까지 다다음 게이트 클록신호가 로직하이 상태를 미유지하면 비정상 상태(온 클록신호 누락 상태)로 인식하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
