Abstract
본 발명의 재생 ABS 수지를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물은, 친환경적이고 성형가공성이 우수하며, 난연성 및 충격강도 등의 기계적 물성이 향상된다.

Claims (7)
- 탈크 10~50중량부, 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 1∼30중량부, 이오노머 1~5중량부, 폴리아미드 1~5중량부 및 난연제 1~5중량부를 포함하며,
상기 탈크는 판상의 마그네슘 실리케이트 수화물인 활석이고,
상기 이오노머는 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산이 함유된 올레핀 공중합체인, 재생ABS 수지의 용융가공성 향상제. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지는 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-에틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르 및 폴리(2,6-디페닐-1,4-페닐렌)에테르에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상인 재생ABS 수지의 용융가공성 향상제. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드는 나일론4.6, 나일론6, 나일론6.6, 나일론6.10, 나일론7, 나일론8, 나일론9, 나일론11, 나일론12, 나일론46, 및 무정형 폴리아미드에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상인 재생ABS 수지의 용융가공성 향상제. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 난연제는 페놀구조의 방향족 인산에스테르 난연제, 폴리인산암모늄 난연제 및 펜타에리스리톨계 난연제 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상인 재생ABS 수지의 용융가공성 향상제. - 제1항에 있어서,
가소제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 활제, 이형제, 안료, 대전방지제, 염료, 가교제, 향균제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 재생ABS 수지의 용융가공성 향상제. - 삭제
