Claims (8)
- 냉장실과 냉동실을 형성하며, 압축기 및 응축기가 구비되는 본체;
상기 냉장실에 구비되며, 상기 냉장실의 냉각을 위한 냉장실측 증발기;
상기 냉장실측 증발기와 상기 냉장실 내부의 공기의 열교환을 위해 강제 송풍하는 냉장실측 송풍팬;
상기 냉장실의 내부에 구비되며, 상기 냉장실의 내부 온도를 측정하는 냉장실 온도센서;
상기 냉동실에 구비되며, 상기 냉동실의 냉각을 위한 냉동실측 증발기;
상기 냉동실측 증발기와 상기 냉동실 내부의 공기의 열교환을 위해 강제 송풍하는 냉동실측 송풍팬;
상기 냉동실의 내부에 구비되며, 상기 냉동실의 내부 온도를 측정하는 냉동실 온도센서;
상기 응축기의 출구측과 연통되며, 상기 냉장실측 증발기와 냉동실측 증발기로 분지되어 상기 냉장실 및 냉동실의 온도에 따라 선택적으로 상기 냉장실측 증발기 또는 냉동실측 증발기의 입구로 냉매를 공급하는 전환밸브;
상기 냉장실 온도센서, 냉동실 온도 센서, 전환밸브, 냉장실측 송풍팬 및 냉동실측 송풍팬과 연결되어 각각의 구동을 제어하는 제어부; 및
상기 제어부와 연결되며, 상기 냉장실측 송풍팬의 구동 시간을 카운트하는 타이머를 포함하며,
상기 냉장실측 송풍팬은 상기 냉장실측 증발기로 냉매가 공급되는 상태에서 상기 냉동실측 증발기로 냉매가 공급되는 상태로 상기 전환밸브가 절환되면, 설정된 시간만큼 더 구동된 후 정지되고,
상기 냉장실측 송풍팬이 정지하게 되면, 상기 냉동실의 온도를 감지하여 상기 냉동실의 온도가 설정 상한 온도보다 더 낮게 되면 상기 타이머의 상태를 초기화하고 상기 압축기가 오프된 상태를 유지하고,
상기 냉동실의 온도가 설정한 상한 온도보다 더 높게 되면, 상기 냉동실측 송풍팬이 구동 시작되며,
상기 냉동실측 송풍팬은 상기 냉장실측 송풍팬이 정지한 후에 구동을 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉장실측 증발기와 냉동실측 증발기는 직렬 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉장실측 증발기와 냉동실측 증발기의 입구측에는 각각 상기 전환밸브와 연결되는 냉장실측 모세관과, 냉동실측 모세관이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 삭제
- 냉장실측 증발기와 냉동실측 증발기가 직렬 연결되며, 전환밸브에 의해 상기 냉장실측 증발기와 냉동실측 증발기로의 선택적인 냉매 공급이 이루어지는 냉장고의 제어방법에 있어서,
상기 냉장실측 증발기 측으로 냉매가 유동되는 상태에서 상기 냉동실측 증발기로 냉매가 유동되는 상태로 상기 전환밸브가 절환되면, 냉장실측 송풍팬은 상기 전환밸브의 절환 후 설정시간 동안 더 구동되어 상기 냉장실측 증발기의 냉매가 기화되어 상기 냉동실측 증발기로 보다 빠르게 회수될 수 있도록 하며,
상기 냉장실측 송풍팬이 정지하게 되면, 상기 냉동실의 온도를 감지하여 상기 냉동실의 온도가 설정 상한 온도보다 더 낮게 되면 상기 냉장실측 송풍팬의 구동 시간을 카운트 하는 타이머의 상태를 초기화하고 압축기가 오프된 상태를 유지하고,
상기 냉동실의 온도가 설정한 상한 온도보다 더 높게 되면, 냉동실측 송풍팬이 구동 시작되며,
상기 냉장실측 증발기 측으로 냉매가 유동되는 상태에서 상기 냉동실측 증발기로 냉매가 유동되는 상태로 전환밸브가 절환되면, 상기 냉동실측 송풍팬은 설정시간 경과 후에 구동이 시작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 제어 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 냉장실측 증발기와 냉동실측 증발기는 직렬 연결되며,
상기 전환밸브는 상기 냉장실측 증발기과 냉동실측 증발기 각각의 입구측과 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 제어 방법.
