Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 폴리알킬렌 카보네이트 60 내지 80 중량% 및 하나 이상의 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합체 20 내지 40 중량%을 포함하는 코어 층; 및
코어 층에 인접하여 위치하며, 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 50 중량% 이상을 함유하는 외층;
을 포함하는 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리알킬렌 카보네이트의 중량평균분자량은 30,000 내지 300,000 g/mol인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리알킬렌 카보네이트가 폴리에틸렌 카보네이트, 폴리프로필렌 카보네이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폴리알킬렌 카보네이트는 이산화탄소와, 할로겐 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬렌 옥사이드; 할로겐 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 4 내지 20의 사이클로알킬렌옥사이드; 및 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬 또는 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴로 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 8 내지 20의 스티렌옥사이드;로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 에폭사이드 화합물을 반응시킨 폴리카보네이트 코폴리머(copolymer) 또는 터폴리머(terpolymer)인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합체는 비닐아세테이트 단위의 함량이 20 중량% 내지 40 중량%인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
전체 필름 두께가 100 ㎛ 이하이고, ASTM D 3985의 방법으로 측정한 산소투과도가 500 cc/m2ㆍdayㆍbar 이하인 다층 필름.
- a) 하나 이상의 폴리알킬렌 카보네이트 60 내지 80 중량%과 하나 이상의 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 공중합체 20 내지 40 중량%을 혼합하여 제1 수지 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
b) 하나 이상의 폴리올레핀 50 중량% 이상을 포함하는 제2 수지 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 제1 수지 조성물 및 제2 수지 조성물을 용융한 후 블로운 (blown) 또는 캐스팅 (casting) 타입의 필름 성형기를 사용하여 공압출하는 단계;
를 포함하는 다층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계에서 공압출 시 제1 수지 조성물과 제2 수지 조성물이 2층 이상 적층되도록 하는 다층 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 c) 단계에서 공압출 시 제1 수지 조성물은 130 내지 200 ℃에서 용융압출하고, 제2 수지 조성물은 140 내지 250 ℃에서 용융압출하는 다층 필름의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
온도 37 ℃ 및 상대습도 100% 조건 하에서 측정한 수분투과도가 10 g/m2ㆍdayㆍbar 이하인 다층 필름.
