Claims (5)
- 녹차 추출물, 커피 추출물, 가르시니아캄보지아 추출물, 치커리 추출물 및 베이스첨가제를 포함하고,
상기 녹차 추출물 5내지7중량부, 커피 추출물 70내지90중량부, 가르시니아캄보지아 추출물 0.7내지0.9중량부, 치커리 추출물 1내지3중량부 및 베이스첨가제 11.1내지11.3중량부를 배합하여 제조되며,
상기 녹차 추출물은,
40 내지 60℃의 물에서 녹차잎을 5 내지 10분동안 추출하되,
상기 물은 0.01% 농도의 비타민C를 첨가하고,
상기 베이스첨가제는,
과당류, 초미립자 열처리 유산균, 천연오렌지향을 포함하고,
상기 과당류는 액상과당 또는 에리스리톨인 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 치커리 추출물은,
치커리를 압축하여 착즙한 치커리액과 백설탕을 배합하여 70 내지 74brix로 제조된 치커리 농축분말이며,
상기 베이스첨가제는,
미나리, 미역, 마늘, 쥐며느리콩 추출물 중 하나이상을 더 포함하는 건강기능성 음료용 액상 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가르시니아캄보지아 추출물은,
착즙기로 착즙한 가르시니아캄보지아액에 백설탕을 배합하여 고형분 5 내지 9% 농도의 가르시니아캄보지아 농축분말로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건강기능성 음료용 액상 조성물.
