Claims (12)
- 병렬 접속된 복수의 단위 전지를 갖는 2차 전지의 제조 방법으로서,
제1 전극층과, 금속 산화물 반도체층과, 충전층과, 제2 전극층이 적층된 구성을 갖는 시트 형상의 단위 전지를 준비하는 공정과,
복수의 상기 단위 전지를 적층하여 병렬로 접속하여, 셀 시트를 형성하는 공정과,
상기 셀 시트의 용량을 측정하는 공정과,
상기 용량의 측정값이 규격값보다도 작은 경우에, 부족분을 보충하도록, 용량 조정용의 단위 전지를 상기 셀 시트에 병렬로 접속하는 공정
을 구비하는 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 병렬 접속된 복수의 셀 시트를 갖는 2차 전지의 제조 방법으로서,
제1 전극층과, 금속 산화물 반도체층과, 충전층과, 제2 전극층이 적층된 구성을 갖는 시트 형상의 단위 전지를 준비하고, 적층된 복수의 상기 단위 전지가 병렬로 접속되어 있는 셀 시트를 준비하는 공정과,
복수의 셀 시트를 병렬로 접속하여 집합 셀을 형성하는 공정과,
집합 셀의 용량을 측정하는 공정과,
상기 용량의 측정값이 규격값보다도 작은 경우에, 부족분을 보충하도록, 용량 조정용의 단위 전지 및, 용량 조정용의 셀 시트 중 적어도 한쪽을 상기 집합 셀에 병렬로 접속하는 공정
을 구비하는 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 집합 셀에는, 용량이 상이한 셀 시트가 포함되어 있는 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 셀 시트에는, 용량이 상이한 단위 전지가 포함되어 있는 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
용량이 상이한 복수의 단위 전지가 상기 용량 조정용의 단위 전지로서 미리 준비되어 있고,
상기 부족분을 보충하도록, 상기 용량의 측정 결과에 따라서 선택된 상기 용량 조정용의 단위 전지가 추가되는 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
용량이 상이한 복수의 상기 셀 시트가 상기 용량 조정용의 셀 시트로서 미리 준비되어 있고,
상기 부족분을 보충하도록, 상기 용량의 측정 결과에 따라서 선택된 상기 용량 조정용의 셀 시트가 추가되는 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 2차 전지에 포함되는 상기 단위 전지 중, 최대의 용량을 갖는 최대 단위 전지와 최소의 용량을 갖는 최소 단위 전지와의 용량의 비가 0.5 이상으로 되어 있는 2차 전지의 제조 방법. - 제1항, 제3항, 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 용량 조정용의 단위 전지가 2 이상 추가되는 2차 전지의 제조 방법.
