Al: 0.001 내지 0.10%,
Cr: 0.010 내지 0.50%,
Mo: 0.0010 내지 0.50%,
B: 0.0004 내지 0.01%,
Ti: 0.001 내지 0.10%,
P: 0.02% 이하,
S: 0.01% 이하,
N: 0.0200% 이하,
O: 0.0200% 이하,
Sn: 0.05% 이하,
Sb: 0.05% 이하,
As: 0.05% 이하,
Nb: 0.10% 이하,
V: 0.10% 이하,
Cu: 0.10% 이하,
W: 0.10% 이하,
Ta: 0.10% 이하,
Ni: 0.10% 이하,
Mg: 0.05% 이하,
Ca: 0.05% 이하,

페라이트의 입경이 3㎛ 이상, 50㎛ 이하,
펄라이트의 면적률이 6% 이하,
페라이트 입자 내의 탄화물의 개수에 대한 페라이트 입계의 탄화물의 개수 비율이 1초과, 및
상기 강판의 1/2 판 두께 부분의 판면에 있어서의 {211} <011>의 X선 회절 강도를 I1, {100} <011>의 X선 회절 강도를 I0으로 했을 때 I1/I0<1
을 충족하고,
상기 강판의 비커스 경도가 100HV 이상 150HV 이하인
것을 특징으로 하는 강판. - 제1항에 기재된 강판을 제조하는 제조 방법이며,
제1항에 기재된 성분 조성의 강편을, 820℃ 이상 950℃ 이하의 온도 영역에서 마무리 압연을 완료하는 열간 압연을 실시하여 열연 강판으로 하고,
상기 열연 강판을 ROT 상에서 10℃/초 이상 100℃/초 이하로 냉각하고,
상기 열연 강판을 400℃ 이상 550℃ 이하에서 권취하고,
권취한 열연 강판에 산세를 실시하고,
산세한 열연 강판을 30℃/시간 이상 150℃/시간 이하의 가열 속도로, 650℃ 이상 720℃ 이하의 어닐링 온도에서 가열하여, 3시간 이상 60시간 이하 유지하는 1단째의 어닐링을 실시하고, 계속해서,
열연 강판을 1℃/시간 이상 80℃/시간 이하의 가열 속도로, 725℃ 이상 790℃ 이하의 어닐링 온도에서 가열하여, 3시간 이상 10시간 미만 유지하는 2단째의 어닐링을 실시하고,
어닐링 후의 열연 강판을, 1℃/시간 이상 100℃/시간 이하의 냉각 속도로 650℃까지 냉각하는
것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 제조 방법.
