Abstract
이러한 과제를 해결하기 위해, 제1 루버 구조 및 제2 루버 구조를, 필름 막두께 방향에 따라 하방으로부터 순차로 갖는 장척상의 광확산 필름으로서, 제1 루버 구조 및 제2 루버 구조가, 각각 굴절률이 다른 복수의 판상 영역으로 이루어짐과 함께, 굴절률이 다른 복수의 판상 영역이, 필름면에 따른 임의의 일방향에 교호(交互)로 평행 배치하여 이루어지는 루버 구조이며, 또한, 필름 상방에서 바라보았을 경우에, 제1 루버 구조에 있어서의 판상 영역의 연장 방향과, 제2 루버 구조에 있어서의 판상 영역의 연장 방향이 이루는 예각(θ1)을 10∼90°의 범위 내의 값으로 한다.

도 3(a)∼(c)는, 본 발명의 광확산 필름의 기본적 구성에 대해서 설명하기 위해서 제공하는 도.
도 4(a)∼(b)는, 루버 구조를 설명하기 위해서 제공하는 도.
도 5(a)∼(c)는, 판상 영역의 연장 방향에 대해서 설명하기 위해서 제공하는 도.

Claims (8)
- 제1 루버 구조 및 제2 루버 구조를, 필름 막두께 방향에 따라 하방으로부터 순차로 갖는 장척상의 광확산 필름으로서,
상기 제1 루버 구조 및 제2 루버 구조가, 각각 굴절률이 다른 복수의 판상 영역으로 이루어짐과 함께, 상기 굴절률이 다른 복수의 판상 영역이, 필름면에 따른 임의의 일방향에 교호(交互)로 평행 배치하여 이루어지는 루버 구조이며, 또한,
필름 상방에서 바라보았을 경우에, 상기 제1 루버 구조에 있어서의 상기 판상 영역의 연장 방향과, 상기 제2 루버 구조에 있어서의 상기 판상 영역의 연장 방향이 이루는 예각(θ1)을 10∼90°의 범위 내의 값으로 하고,
필름 상방에서 바라보았을 경우에, 상기 제1 루버 구조에 있어서의 상기 판상 영역의 연장 방향과, 필름의 장척 방향이 이루는 예각(θ2)을 10∼80°의 범위 내의 값으로 함과 함께, 필름 상방에서 바라보았을 경우에, 상기 제2 루버 구조에 있어서의 판상 영역의 연장 방향과, 필름의 장척 방향이 이루는 예각(θ3)을 10∼80°의 범위 내의 값으로 하고, 또한,
상기 광확산 필름에 있어서의 단척 방향의 길이가 0.1∼3m의 범위 내인 값으로 함과 함께, 장척 방향의 길이를 15m 이상의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 필름. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
필름 상방에서 바라보았을 경우에, 상기 제1 루버 구조에 있어서의 상기 판상 영역의 연장 방향과, 상기 제2 루버 구조에 있어서의 상기 판상 영역의 연장 방향이 필름의 장척 방향과 직교하는 가상선에 대해, 선대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 필름. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
롤상으로 감겨서 이루어지는 광확산 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 루버 구조 및 제2 루버 구조의 두께를, 각각 50∼500㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 루버 구조 및 제2 루버 구조에 있어서의 상기 판상 영역의 폭을, 각각 0.1∼15㎛의 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광확산 필름의 원재료를, 굴절률이 다른 2개의 중합성 화합물을 함유하는 광확산 필름용 조성물로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산 필름.
