도 3a 내지 도 3d를 실시 예에 따른 백라이트 어셈블리의 조립 순서를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (7)
- 커버 바텀과,
상기 커버 바텀 상에 배치된 도광판과,
상기 커버 바텀의 내측면에 배치되는 측면부와, 상기 커버 바텀의 바닥면에 부착되도록 상기 측면으로부터 L자 형태로 절곡되는 바닥부를 포함하고, 상기 측면부 상에 다수의 LED 패키지가 실장된 메탈 인쇄회로기판과,
상기 커버 바텀의 측면 테두리 영역에 안착되어 액정패널을 지지하는 패널 가이드와,
상기 패널 가이드를 감싸며 상기 커버 바텀과 체결되는 탑 커버를 포함하고,
상기 인쇄회로기판에서 상기 측면부와 바닥부가 절곡된 부분을 따라서 적어도 하나 이상 형성된 홈을 더 포함하며,
상기 홈은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 절곡방향과 수직된 방향으로 일정 간격씩 배열되고 직사각형 형태를 갖는 다수의 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 어셈블리. - 삭제
- 메탈 인쇄회로기판을 마련하는 단계와;
상기 인쇄회로기판에 대해 절곡될 밴딩 영역과 그렇지 않은 미밴딩 영역을 미리 정의하는 단계와;
상기 인쇄회로기판이 커버 바텀의 내측면에 배치되는 측면부와, 상기 커버 바텀의 바닥면에 부착되는 바닥부를 포함하여, 상기 측면부와 바닥부 사이에서 절곡되는 밴딩 영역을 따라서 적어도 하나 이상의 홈을 형성하는 단계와;
상기 인쇄회로기판을 L 자 형태로 절곡시키는 단계와;
상기 인쇄회로기판을 커버 바텀에 안착하는 단계와;
상기 인쇄회로기판 상에 반사판과 도광판을 안착하고, 상기 도광판 상에 다수의 광학시트를 배치하는 단계와;
상기 커버 바텀 상에 패널 가이드 및 액정패널을 순차적으로 안착시키고, 탑 커버를 상기 커버 바텀과 체결시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 홈은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 절곡방향과 수직된 방향으로 일정 간격씩 배열되고 직사각형 형태를 갖는 다수의 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 어셈블리의 조립방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판 상에 다수의 LED 패키지를 실장하는 단계를 상기 인쇄회로기판을 절곡시키는 단계 전에 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 어셈블리의 조립방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄회로기판 상에 다수의 LED 패키지를 실장하는 단계를 상기 인쇄회로기판을 절곡시키는 단계 이후에 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 어셈블리의 조립방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 홈은
펀치 가공이나 프레스 가공법으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 어셈블리의 조립방법. - 삭제
