Claims (26)
- 하기 산화물 기준의 몰 백분율 표시로, SiO2 를 56 ∼ 72 %, Al2O3 을 8 ∼ 20 %, Na2O 를 9 ∼ 25 %, K2O 를 0 ∼ 2 %, MgO 를 7 ∼ 15 %, B2O3 을 0 ∼ 6 % 함유하고,
SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, MgO, B2O3 및 K2O 의 각 성분의 몰 백분율 표시 함유량을 사용하여 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 Z 가 1000 이상이고,
SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O 및 MgO 의 각 성분의 몰 백분율 표시 함유량을 사용하여 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 X 가 1 이하이고,
표면 압축 응력이 1030 MPa 이상,
내부 인장 응력이 30 MPa 이하인 화학 강화 유리.
Z = 2 × SiO2 + 55 × Al2O3 + 22 × Na2O + 15 × MgO - 30 × B2O3 - 126 × K2O
X = -0.4 × SiO2 - 0.5 × Al2O3 - 0.4 × Na2O - 0.4 × MgO + 41.5 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
온도가 90 ℃, 농도가 0.1 몰% 인 염산 중에 20 시간 침지했을 때의 단위 표면적당 질량 감소가 1.02 mg/㎠ 이하인 화학 강화 유리. - 하기 산화물 기준의 몰 백분율 표시로, SiO2 를 56 ∼ 72 %, Al2O3 을 8 ∼ 20 %, Na2O 를 9 ∼ 25 %, K2O 를 0 ∼ 2 %, MgO 를 7 ∼ 15 %, B2O3 을 0 ∼ 6 % 함유하고,
SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, MgO, B2O3 및 K2O 의 각 성분의 몰 백분율 표시 함유량을 사용하여 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 Z 가 1000 이상이고,
SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O 및 MgO 의 각 성분의 몰 백분율 표시 함유량을 사용하여 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 X 가 1 이하이고,
표면 압축 응력이 1030 MPa 이상, 압축 응력층 두께가 32 ㎛ 이하이며, 두께가 1 mm 이하인 화학 강화 유리판.

Al2O3, K2O 및 MgO 의 각 성분의 몰 백분율 표시 함유량을 사용하여 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 Z4 가 24 이상인 화학 강화용 유리.

SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, MgO 및 ZrO2 의 각 성분의 몰 백분율 표시 함유량을 사용하여 하기 식에 의해 산출되는 Z3 이 0.150 이하인 화학 강화용 유리.
Z3 = -0.00722 × SiO2 + 0.0264 × Al2O3 + 0.0149 × Na2O + 0.0035 × MgO - 0.0204 × ZrO2. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
SiO2 가 62 ∼ 66 %, Al2O3 이 10.5 ∼ 13 %, Na2O 가 14 ∼ 17 %, MgO 가 6 ∼ 9 % 인 화학 강화용 유리. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
ZrO2 를 함유하고, SiO2 가 63 ∼ 66 %, ZrO2 가 0.2 ∼ 2 % 인 화학 강화용 유리. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
Na2O 의 함유량은 9 % 이상, 21 % 미만이고,
Na2O 함유량으로부터 Al2O3 함유량을 뺀 차가 5 % 미만인 화학 강화용 유리. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
SiO2, Al2O3, Na2O, MgO 및 B2O3 의 함유량의 합계가 98 % 이상인 화학 강화용 유리. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
