Abstract
상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 압축기를 통해 압축된 냉매를 공급받아 1차 응축시켜주는 제1응축기; 상기 제1응축기를 통해 응축된 냉매를 저장하고 냉매량이 일정하게 공급되도록 하는 냉매밸런스탱크; 상기 냉매밸런스탱크를 통해 1차적으로 응축된 냉매를 공급받아 2차 응축시켜주는 제2응축기; 상기 냉매밸런스탱크와 제2응축기 사이에 설치되어 제2응축기로 공급되는 냉매의 유량과 압력을 일정하게 유지시켜주는 냉매공급조절부;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.

Claims (4)
- 압축기(20)를 통해 압축된 냉매를 공급받아 1차 응축시켜주는 제1응축기(100);
상기 제1응축기(100)를 통해 응축된 냉매를 공급받아 저장하고 리사이클하기 위한 냉매량을 일정하게 유지시켜주는 냉매밸런스탱크(300);
상기 냉매밸런스탱크(300)에서 1차적으로 응축된 냉매를 공급받아 2차 응축시켜주는 제2응축기(200);
상기 냉매밸런스탱크(300)와 제2응축기(200) 사이에 설치되어 제2응축기(200)로 공급되는 냉매의 유량과 압력을 일정하게 유지시켜주는 냉매공급조절부(400);를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 냉매밸런스탱크(300)에 저장되는 냉매가 추가적으로 열교환 될 수 있도록 증발기(10)에서 압축기(20)로 연결되는 냉매가스관(11)은 냉매밸런스탱크(300)를 경유하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 리사이클 응축기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉매공급조절부(400)는,
상기 냉매밸런스탱크(300)와 제2응축기(200)를 연결하여 냉매의 공급이 이루어지도록 하는 메인유로(440);
상기 메인유로(440)에서 분기된 후 다시 메인유로(440)에 연결되는 바이패스유로(450);
상기 메인유로(440)에서 바이패스유로(450)가 분기되는 부분에 설치되어 냉매의 압력이 설정된 압력 이상일 경우에는 메인유로(440)방향으로 개방되어 제2응축기(200)로 냉매가 공급되도록 하고 설정된 압력 이하일 경우에는 바이패스유(450)로 방향으로 개방되는 삼방밸브(430);
상기 바이패스유로(450)상에 설치되어 냉매의 압력을 설정된 압력 이상으로 증가시켜주는 냉매액펌프(410);
상기 냉매액펌프(410)의 출구측에 설치되고 제2응축기(200)로 공급되는 냉매의 압력이 적정압력 이하일 경우에는 차단되고 적정압력 이상일 경우에는 개방되어 설정된 압력의 냉매가 제2응축기(200)로 유입되도록 제어하는 압력조절밸브(420);를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 리사이클 응축기. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2응축기(200)는 출구측에서 리턴유로(210)를 통해 냉매밸런스탱크(300)와 연결됨과 동시에 수액기 연결유로(220)를 통해 수액기(40)와 연결되며,
상기 리턴유로(210)상에는 제2응축기(200)를 통해 응축된 냉매의 온도가 설정온도 이상일 경우에는 개방되어 냉매가 냉매밸런스탱크(300)를 통해 재 냉각이 이루어지도록 하고 설정온도 이하일 경우에는 차단되는 리사이클 밸브(211)가 설치되고,
상기 수액기 연결유로(220)상에는 냉매의 온도가 설정온도 이하일 경우에는 개방되어 냉매가 수액기(40)로 공급되도록 하고 설정온도 이상일 경우에는 차단되어 냉매밸런스탱크(300)로 유입되도록 하는 냉동사이클 밸브(221)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고효율 리사이클 응축기.
