Claims (19)

상기 열 전도성 재료 일부가 상기 마운트(106)와 베이스(102)에 의해 측면이 접한 공간 사이에 위치하여서 열 전도성 재료(112)를 제 위치에 고정하고, 상기 열 전도성 재료가 투명 또는 반투명하여서 상기 LED 유닛으로부터 방출된 광선이 상기 열 전도성 재료를 통과할 수 있도록 하며,
상기 LED 유닛이 상기 소켓(104)에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 열 전도성 재료(112)는 표준 광원 크기로 형상과 크기가 결정되어 광원이 표준 조명 폼 팩터를 갖도록 하고, 그리고 상기 열 전도성 재료가 열가소성 플라스틱임을 특징으로 하는 광원. - 삭제

열 전도성 재료(112)가 마운트(106)와 베이스(102) 사이 측면의 공간으로 들어가도록 하고, 상기 열 전도성 재료 일부가 상기 마운트(106)와 베이스(102)에 의해 측면이 접한 공간 사이에 위치하여서 열 전도성 재료(112)를 제 위치에 고정시키며,
상기 LED 유닛이 상기 소켓(104)에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 열 전도성 재료(112)는 표준 광원 크기로 형상과 크기가 결정되어 광원이 표준 조명 폼 팩터를 갖도록 하고, 그리고 상기 열 전도성 재료가 열가소성 플라스틱임을 특징으로 하는 광원을 제작하는 방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 매립시키는 단계는 LED 유닛 주위의 열 전도성 재료를 성형하기 위해 주입 몰딩 처리를 수행하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광원을 제작하는 방법.
