도 2는 본 발명에 따른 우레아 농도 측정 센서 구조체가 우레아 탱크의 우레아 수용액에 침수된 상태를 도시한 단면도이다.

Claims (4)
- 우레아 수용액을 저장하는 우레아 탱크와,
상기 우레아 탱크의 내부 바닥에 설치되는 초음파 센서 및 측정보조부재를 포함하며,
상기 측정보조부재는,
상기 초음파 센서의 상면 일측 가장자리에 설치되는 지지부재와,
상기 지지부재의 상부 및 하부에 돌출되어 초음파 센서에서 발생된 신호를 각각 반사시키는 제1 및 제2 만곡형 반사판을 포함하되,
상기 제1 및 제2 만곡형 반사판은 상기 지지부재의 상부 및 하부에 대해 상기 초음파 센서의 발신자 중심으로부터 연장선 상에 위치하면서 하부로 볼록하도록 만곡 형성하도록, 각각 상기 지지부재로부터의 일부가 수평으로 절개되어 상기 지지부재에 대해 직각되게 형성되고,
상기 제1 만곡형 반사판의 수평 길이보다 제2 만곡형 반사판의 수평 길이가 1.5 ~ 2배 정도 짧게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 우레아 농도 측정 센서 구조체. - 삭제
