Description
Claims (24)
- 적어도 하나의 FAU 제올라이트를 포함하는 제올라이트 흡착제 재료로서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 가스 분리를 위해 사용되고, 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는:
● 질소 흡착에 의해 측정되고 흡착제의 그램당 ㎡ 로 표현되는, 20 m2.g-1 초과의 외부 표면적,
● 상기 흡착제의 총 중량에 대한 중량을 기준으로, XRD (X 선 회절) 에 의 해 측정된, 0 < PNZ ≤ 30% 인 비제올라이트 상 (PNZ) 함량,
● 0.08 cm3.g-1 과 0.25 cm3.g-1 사이 (경계 포함) 의 메소포어 체적, 및
● 1 과 2.5 사이의 상기 흡착제의 Si/Al 원자 비를 가지고,
모든 측정은 나트륨과 적어도 95% 교환된 흡착제 재료에서 실시되는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 -0.5 와 1.0 사이 (경계 미포함) 의 (Vmicro - Vmeso)/Vmicro 비를 가지고, 여기에서 Vmicro 는 Dubinin-Raduskevitch 방법에 의해 측정된 마이크로포어 체적이고 Vmeso 는 Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) 방법에 의해 측정된 메소포어 체적이고, 모든 측정은 나트륨과 적어도 95% 교환된 제올라이트 흡착제 재료에서 실시되는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는, 나트륨과 적어도 95% 교환된 제올라이트 흡착제 재료에서 측정된, 0.210 cm3.g-1 과 0.360 cm3.g-1 사이의, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료의 그램당 ㎤ 로 표현된, 마이크로포어 체적 (Dubinin-Raduskevitch 체적) 을 갖는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 FAU 제올라이트는 부등식 1 ≤ Si/Al < 1.5 인 Si/Al 원자 비를 가지고, 상기 Si/Al 비는 고체 규소 29 NMR 에 의해 측정되는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 주기율표의 IA, ⅡA, ⅢA, IB, ⅡB 및 ⅢB 족의 이온, 란타나이드 또는 희토류 계열의 3 가 이온, 아연(Ⅱ) 이온, 은(I) 이온, 구리(Ⅱ) 이온, 크롬(Ⅲ) 이온, 철(Ⅲ) 이온, 암모늄 이온 및/또는 히드로늄 이온으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 양이온을 포함하는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 재료는 나트륨, 칼슘, 리튬, 및 임의의 비율로 그 중 2 또는 3 가지의 혼합물들에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토류 금속을 포함하고, 산화물로 표현된, 상기 재료의 함량은:
● CaO 함량은 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료의 총 중량에 대해 0 중량% 와 20.5 중량% 사이 (경계 포함) 이고,
● Li2O 함량은 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료의 총 중량에 대해 0 중량% 와 12 중량% 사이 (경계 포함) 이고,
● Na2O 함량은 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료의 총 중량에 대해 0 중량% 와 22 중량% 사이 (경계 포함) 이고,
● 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료가 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼슘으로부터 선택된 3 가지 금속 중 적어도 하나를 포함한다는 점이 이해되고,
● 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 가능하다면 또한, 일반적으로 0% 와 10% 사이의 함량으로, 란타나이드 및 악티니드로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 희토류를 포함하고,
● 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 가능하다면 또한, 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼슘 이외의 하나 이상의 양이온을 소량으로 (산화물로서 표현된 %, 5% 미만) 포함하도록 된, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
천연 가스를 정제하기 위한, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 NaX 와 CaX, 및 그것의 혼합물들로부터 선택된 유형의 적어도 하나의 FAU 제올라이트를 포함하는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
산업용 가스 및 공기 중 가스의 비극저온 분리를 위한, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
공기로부터 가스 분리시 질소 흡착을 위한, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 NaX, LiX, CaX, LiCaX, NaLSX, LiLSX, CaLSX 와 LiCaLSX, 및 그 중 2 가지 이상의 혼합물들로부터 선택된 유형의 적어도 하나의 FAU 제올라이트를 포함하는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
압력 변동 흡착 기기들에서, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 12 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 CaLSX, LiLSX 와 LiCaLSX 로부터 선택된 유형의 적어도 하나의 FAU 제올라이트를 포함하는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
이산화탄소 및 하나 이상의 가능한 다른 불순물로 오염 가능한, 합성 가스의 정제를 위한, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는, NaX, LiX, LiLSX, CaX, CaLSX, LiCaX 및 LiCaLSX, 및 그 중 2 가지 이상의 혼합물들로부터 선택된 유형의 적어도 하나의 FAU 제올라이트를 포함하는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
극저온 증류 유닛들의 상류에서, 공기 분리 유닛들 (ASUs) 의 공기를 정제하기 위한, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 16 항에 있어서,
상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 NaX, NaLSX, CaX 와 CaLSX, 및 그 중 2 가지 이상의 혼합물들로부터 선택된 유형의 적어도 하나의 FAU 제올라이트를 포함하는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제올라이트 흡착제 재료로서,
● 1 ≤ Si/Al < 2.5 인, 상기 흡착제의 Si/Al 비,
● 0.08 cm3.g-1 과 0.25 cm3.g-1 사이 (경계 포함) 의 메소포어 체적,

수은 압입 (mercury intrusion) 에 의해 측정된, 매크로포어들 및 메소포어들의 총 체적은, 나트륨과 적어도 95% 교환된 제올라이트 흡착제 재료에서 측정된, 0.15 cm3.g-1 과 0.5 cm3.g-1 사이인, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서,
나트륨과 적어도 95% 교환된 제올라이트 흡착제 재료에서 측정된, 20 m2.g-1 초과의, 질소 흡착에 의해 측정되고 흡착제의 그램당 ㎡ 로 표현되는, 외부 표면적을 갖는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서,

산화물로서 표현된, 금속 함량은 다음과 같고:
● CaO 함량은 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료의 총 중량에 대해 0 중량% 와 20.5 중량% 사이 (경계 포함) 이고,
● Li2O 함량은 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료의 총 중량에 대해 0 중량% 와 12 중량% 사이 (경계 포함) 이고,

● 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 가능하다면 또한, 일반적으로 0% 와 10% 사이의 함량으로, 란타나이드 및 악티니드로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 희토류를 포함하고,
● 상기 제올라이트 흡착제 재료는 가능하다면 또한, 리튬, 나트륨 및 칼슘 이외의 하나 이상의 양이온을 소량으로 (산화물로서 표현된 %, 5% 미만) 포함하는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료. - 제 18 항 또는 제 19 항에 있어서,
0.15 cm3.g-1 과 0.5 cm3.g-1 사이의, 수은 압입에 의해 측정된, 총 매크로포어 및 메소포어 체적을 가지고, 상기 총 매크로포어 및 메소포어 체적의 0.2 와 1 배 사이 (경계 포함) 의 매크로포어 체적 분율을 가지고, 측정은 나트륨과 적어도 95% 교환된 흡착제 재료에서 실시되는, 제올라이트 흡착제 재료.
