Claims (6)
- 유입유로 및 배출유로를 갖는 모듈레이터블록의 보어에 수용되는 필터부재와, 상기 필터부재와 결합되며 길이방향으로 관통하는 관통공이 형성된 마그네트 코어와, 상기 마그네트 코어 외면에 결합되는 슬리브와, 상기 슬리브 내에 설치된 아마추어와, 상기 관통공에 고정되며 오리피스를 구비하는 밸브시트와, 상기 아마추어의 동작에 의해 승강 이동하면서 상기 오리피스를 개폐하도록 상기 관통공에 배치되는 플런저 및 상기 플런저를 상기 아마추어 쪽으로 가압하는 복귀스프링을 구비하는 브레이크시스템용 솔레노이드밸브에 있어서,
상기 필터부재의 중앙에는 상기 밸브시트의 하단 개구를 통해 상기 밸브시트의 내측에 삽입되며 상기 오리피스와 상기 배출유로를 연통시키는 연계유로가 관통 형성된 보스부가 형성되고, 상기 연계유로의 하부에는 공급되는 오일의 압력에 의해 승강 이동하되 중앙에 관통 형성된 수직홀을 갖는 플런저밸브가 배치되고, 상기 연계유로의 하단에는 상기 플런저밸브가 승강 이동할 때 상기 플런저밸브의 외면이 선택적으로 접촉하도록 상기 연계유로 보다 확장된 직경을 갖는 플런저밸브 시트부가 구비되며, 상기 플런저밸브가 하부로 이동하여 상기 플런저밸브 시트부에서 이격되면 상기 플런저밸브와 상기 플런저밸브 시트부 사이 틈새 및 상기 수직홀을 통해 오일의 흐름을 허용하는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플런저밸브 시트부는 하방으로 갈수록 점진적으로 폭이 커지는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플런저밸브 시트부는 상기 플런저밸브를 수용할 수 있는 크기를 가지되, 상기 연계유로의 하단에서 수평방향으로 연장된 수평면과 상기 수평면의 가장자리에서 하향 경사진 경사면을 포함하는 콘 형상으로 이루어지는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브. - 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 플런저밸브는 상승할 때 상기 경사면과 접촉하는 반구 형태의 실링부를 갖는 단면 아치형태로 형성되는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 플런저밸브가 상부로 이동하여 상기 플런저밸브 시트부에 접촉하면 상기 수직홀을 통해서만 오일의 흐름을 허용하는 브레이크 시스템용 솔레노이드밸브.
