Description
도 2는 비교예 1의 피막제 사용 후 500분 이내의 피막의 표면성상을 광학현미경을 이용하여 관찰한 것이다.
도 3은 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예 1의 피막제를 사용하였을 때의 흡습율 시험결과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 붕산염 3 내지 25 중량% 및 잔부 황산염의 혼합물 100중량부를 기준으로 잔탄검 0.01 내지 0.15 중량부를 포함하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 황산염이 황산나트륨, 황산칼륨, 마그네슘 황산염, 구리 황산염, 크롬 황산염 및 철 황산염 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
계면활성제 2 내지 10 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제가 데실 글루코사이드, 라우릭 글루코사이드, 팜커넬 코코 글루코사이드, 소듐코코일 애플아미노산 소듐코코일 글루타메이트, 포타슘코코일 글리시네이트 및 지방산 소다 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제.
- 제1항에 있어서,
온도 25℃ 이상, 습도 60% 이상에서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제.
- 물에 황산염 및 붕산염을 투입하고 교반하여 제1 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계;
물에 잔탄검을 투입하고 교반하여 제2 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제1 혼합용액에 제2 혼합용액을 첨가하고 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계의 물의 온도가 20 내지 90℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 제1 혼합용액에 제2 혼합용액을 첨가하고 교반하는 단계에서 계면활성제를 투입하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방습성이 우수한 스테인레스강 인발 공정 전처리 피막제의 제조방법.
