Claims (4)
- 공작 기계에 장착된 공구가 워크를 절삭할 때의 가공 조건과, 상기 공구가 상기 워크를 절삭할 때 상기 공작 기계가 가지는 축을 운동시키기 위한 모터에 인가되는 전류의 값을 기초로, 상기 공구가 상기 워크를 절삭할 때의 부스러기의 퇴적량을 추정하는 추정부와,
상기 추정부에 의해 추정된 상기 부스러기의 퇴적량을, 상기 공구가 상기 워크를 절삭할 때의 부스러기의 형상을 특정하는 가공 모드를 기초로 보정하는 보정부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 가공 조건은 상기 워크의 재질과, 절입량과, 상기 공구의 이송 속도의 일부 또는 전부를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 가공 모드는 상기 모터의 회전 방향과 상기 부스러기의 형상의 관계와, 상기 모터에 흐르는 전류의 용도와 상기 부스러기의 형상의 관계와, 상기 모터의 회전 방향 및 상기 모터에 흐르는 전류의 용도와 상기 부스러기의 형상의 관계 중 어느 하나를 특정하고,
상기 보정부는 상기 가공 모드를 기초로 상기 부스러기가 연결되는지 복수의 칩으로 분단되는지를 판별하고, 판별한 결과를 기초로 상기 부스러기의 퇴적량을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 부스러기의 퇴적량을 보정하기 위한 정보를 접수하는 접수부를 추가로 구비하고,
상기 보정부는 상기 가공 모드와 상기 접수부가 접수한 정보를 기초로 상기 부스러기의 퇴적량을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치 제어 장치.
