Abstract
상기 용매 캐스팅에 의한 히알루론산염 필름의 제조방법은 (a) 히알루론산염을 용매로 용해시켜 0.6~2.9부피%의 히알루론산염 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 (b) 상기 제조된 히알루론산염 용액을 형틀에 주입하고, 상대습도 30~70%, 건조 온도 30~50℃ 조건에서 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 히알루론산염 필름은 기존 액상의 제품과 달리, 표면이 건조된 필름이므로, 미생물 오염에 대한 염려가 없고, 생산/관리/유통/시술이 용이할 뿐만 아니라 기계적 물성도 우수하여 화장품, 의약품, 의료기기용 팩, 패치, 인공 피부 등의 다양한 용도로 적용이 가능하다.

Claims (8)
- (a) 분자량이 0.8~2.5 MDa인 히알루론산염을 0.01~29 부피% 에탄올 수용액으로 용해시켜 0.6~2.9 부피%의 히알루론산염 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 제조된 히알루론산염 용액을 형틀에 주입하고, 상대습도 30~70%, 건조 온도 30~50℃ 조건의 항온항습기에서 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용매 캐스팅에 의한 히알루론산염 필름의 제조방법.
