Claims (5)
- 세라믹 코팅층에 대한 패드 인쇄용 잉크의 제조방법에 있어서,
에탄올, 프로필렌글리콜, IPA 및 분산제를 투입 후, 교반하면서 안료와 증점제를 투입하고 교반하는 단계(S100); 상기 교반 시, 분산매체를 투입하여 분산하는 단계(S200); 및 상기 S200 단계 후, 레벨링제를 투입하고 교반한 후, IPA를 넣고 더 교반하는 단계(S300);를 포함하여 이루어지되,
상기 S100 단계는 에탄올 2 ~ 6 중량%, 프로필렌글리콜 6 ~ 10 중량%, IPA 1 ~ 5 중량% 및 분산제 3 ~ 7 중량%를 투입 후, 교반하면서 안료 32 ~ 58 중량% 및 증점제 28 ~ 32 중량%를 투입하고 25 ~ 35분간 교반하며,
상기 S200 단계는 분산매체로써 지르코니아(zirconia)볼 또는 글래스(glass)볼을 사용하여 입도 0.01 ~ 10㎛으로 분산하고,
상기 S300 단계는 레벨링제 1 ~ 5 중량%를 투입하고 5 ~ 15분간 교반한 후, IPA 1 ~ 3 중량%를 넣고 5 ~ 15뷴간 더 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세라믹 코팅층에 대한 패드 인쇄용 잉크의 제조방법.
