Claims (14)
- 금속 촉매, 이온성 요오드화물 및 요오드화메틸을 포함하는 촉매계의 존재하에, 메탄올과 일산화탄소를 카르보닐화 반응기에서 연속적으로 반응시키는 반응 공정을 포함하는 아세트산의 제조 방법이며, 금속 촉매가 로듐 촉매이고, 반응 공정에 있어서, 반응기 내의 액상 전체에 대하여, 금속 촉매 농도를 로듐의 중량 기준으로 900 내지 3000ppm, 물 농도를 0.8 내지 15중량%, 요오드화메틸 농도를 13.9중량% 이하, 아세트산메틸 농도를 0.6 내지 3.9중량%로 유지시키는 아세트산의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세트산의 생성 속도가 10mol/Lㆍh 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세트산의 생성 속도가 19mol/Lㆍh 이상인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내의 액상에 있어서, 금속 촉매 농도를 로듐의 중량 기준으로 900 내지 3000ppm, 물 농도를 0.8 내지 15중량%, 이온성 요오드화물 농도를 25중량% 이하, 요오드화메틸 농도를 2 내지 13.9중량%로 유지시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세트산의 생성 속도가 10 내지 45mol/Lㆍh이고, 반응기 내의 액상에 있어서, 금속 촉매 농도를 로듐의 중량 기준으로 900 내지 3000ppm, 물 농도를 1 내지 10중량%, 이온성 요오드화물 농도를 0.5 내지 25중량%, 요오드화메틸 농도를 4 내지 13.5중량%, 아세트산메틸 농도를 1.8 내지 3.9중량%로 유지시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세트산의 생성 속도가 19 내지 35mol/Lㆍh이고, 반응기 내의 액상에 있어서, 금속 촉매 농도를 로듐의 중량 기준으로 900 내지 1500ppm, 물 농도를 1.5 내지 9중량%, 이온성 요오드화물 농도를 2 내지 20중량%, 요오드화메틸 농도를 6 내지 13중량%, 아세트산메틸 농도를 1.8 내지 3.9중량%로 유지시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기 내의 일산화탄소의 압력을 900kPa 이상, 수소의 압력을 4kPa 이상으로 유지시켜 반응시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기로부터의 반응 혼합물을 플래셔(flasher)에 연속적으로 공급하고, 플래시 증류에 의해, 생성된 아세트산, 아세트산메틸 및 요오드화메틸을 적어도 포함하는 휘발성 성분을 증발시키는 플래시 증류 공정과, 상기 휘발성 성분으로부터 아세트산을 포함하는 유분(流分)을 분리하고 아세트산을 회수하는 아세트산 회수 공정을 더 포함하는 아세트산의 제조 방법이며, 상기 플래시 증류 공정에 있어서, 상기 반응 혼합물로부터 상기 휘발성 성분이 분리된 후 남은 액체 성분인, 금속 촉매 및 이온성 요오드화물을 적어도 포함하는 촉매액 중의 요오드화수소 농도를 중량 기준으로 1중량% 이하로 유지시키는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 반응기의 재질이 니켈기 합금인 제조 방법.
- 금속 촉매, 이온성 요오드화물 및 요오드화메틸을 포함하는 촉매계의 존재하에, 메탄올과 일산화탄소를 카르보닐화 반응기에서 연속적으로 반응시키는 반응 공정을 포함하는 아세트산의 제조 공정에 있어서 카르보닐화 반응기의 부식을 억제하는 방법이며, 금속 촉매가 로듐 촉매이고, 반응 공정에 있어서, 반응기 내의 액상 전체에 대하여, 금속 촉매 농도를 로듐의 중량 기준으로 900 내지 3000ppm, 물 농도를 0.8 내지 15중량%, 요오드화메틸 농도를 13.9중량% 이하, 아세트산메틸 농도를 0.6 내지 3.9중량%로 유지시킴으로써 카르보닐화 반응기의 부식을 억제하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 반응기의 재질이 니켈기 합금인 방법.
