Claims (3)
- 스카른 광물에 벼과 식물과 키토산 분말을 혼합교반하여 유기질 배지를 완성하는 단계(S1); 상기 완성된 유기질 배지에 방선균, 누룩균, 효모, 및 유산균을 접종하는 단계(S2); 유기배지의 수분함유량을 35 ~ 45%로 하고, 45℃를 상온(常溫)으로 유지하며, 통기와 교반을 반복하여 건조하는 1차 발효배양공정을 통하여 복합 균체 광물흡착건조 유기물 배지를 획득하는 단계(S3); 상기 복합체 광물흡착건조 유기물 배지에 발효 정제수를 첨가하여 5% 발효용액을 만드는 단계(S4); 상기 5% 발효용액을 수조탱크에 투입하고, 40℃를 유지하도록 하여 용액 발효를 15일간 실시하고, 여과하고 UV-C 자외선 살균처리 공정을 실시하는 2차 발효공정단계(S5); 그리고 상기 2차 발효공정단계(S5)를 거친 발효용액을 15일간 30℃ ~ 35℃로 산소순환 폭기처리하고 다시 여과살균처리한 후에, 1분마다 120ppm의 오존으로 재살균 처리를 행하는 3차 발효배양공정단계(S6)를 포함하되,
상기 발효용액을 만드는 단계(S4)의 상기 발효 정제수는,
화산성 퇴적파쇄토 100㎏당 미강 5㎏, 옥수수분말 5㎏, 키토산분말 2㎏, 배아 1㎏, 당밀 1㎏을 혼합하고 수분함유량을 25 ~ 30%로 조정한 유기질 배지에 방선균, 국균, 효모를 접종한 후,
초기온도 30℃, 발효온도 28 ~ 30℃로 하여 교반·통기함으로써 종균을 배양하고, 교반시기에 배지를 과립화하는 1차 배양단계; 그리고
온천수를 2차 배양의 수용액으로 하고,
배지조성을 1차 배양과 동일하게 한 후 용액온도를 30 ~ 35℃로 가온하여 48시간 연속 산소폭기처리한 후,
3㎛의 여과필터를 이용하여 필터여과살균처리를 하며,
여과처리 후의 용액을 다시 5 ~ 7일간 30 ~ 35℃에서 산소순환 폭기처리를 하고, 다시 0.45㎚ 필터여과살균처리를 한 후,
매분 60ppm의 오존을 처리하여 재살균을 하는 2차 배양단계로 이루어지는 액상성분이며,
상기 유기질 배지를 완성하는 단계(S1)에서의 상기 벼과 식물은 상기 스카른 광물 100㎏을 기준으로 벼 외피 5㎏, 쌀겨 5㎏, 옥수수 분말 5㎏, 분체 밤 1.5㎏, 분체 수수 1㎏, 분체 피 1㎏, 및 배아 2㎏이며, 상기 유기질 배지를 완성하는 단계(S1)에서의 상기 키토산 분말은 2㎏인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품용 기능성 액상성분의 제조방법.
