Claims (13)
- 금속 나노 와이어와,
상기 금속 나노 와이어에 흡착된 유색 화합물을 포함하고,
상기 유색 화합물은, 가시광 영역에 흡수를 갖는 발색단과, 상기 금속 나노 와이어를 구성하는 금속에 공유 결합 또는 배위 결합하는 기를 포함하는, 투명 도전막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유색 화합물은 가시광 영역의 광을 흡수하는, 투명 도전막. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 유색 화합물은 상기 금속 나노 와이어를 구성하는 금속에 결합하는 관능기를 포함하는, 투명 도전막. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유색 화합물을 흡착시킨 상기 금속 나노 와이어가 투명 수지 재료에 분산되어 있는, 투명 도전막. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유색 화합물은 하기 일반식 (1) 로 나타내는, 투명 도전막.
