Claims (17)
- 하나 이상의 층에 의해 둘러싸인 도체를 포함하는 전력 케이블로서,
상기 층 중 하나 이상이 중합체 조성물로 구성된 테이프 샘플을 사용하여 DC(직류) 전도율 방법에 따라 측정될 때 0.50×10-15S/m 이하의 전기 전도율을 갖는 중합체 조성물을 포함하고, 상기 중합체 조성물이
(a) 윤활을 위해 압축기 윤활제를 사용하는 압축기에서 가압하에 하나 이상의 단량체를 압축하는 단계,
(b) 중합 대역에서 임의적으로 하나 이상의 공단량체와 함께 단량체를 중합하는 단계, 및
(c) 수득된 폴리올레핀을 미반응 생성물로부터 분리하고 분리된 폴리올레핀을 회수 대역에서 회수하는 단계
를 포함하는 고압 중합 공정에 의해 수득될 수 있는 하나 이상의 공단량체와 에틸렌의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 공중합체를 포함하고,
상기 에틸렌의 LDPE 공중합체는 임의적으로 불포화될 수 있으며,
상기 단계 (a)에서 압축기 윤활제가 광유를 포함하는
전력 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
중합체 조성물이 중합체 조성물로 구성된 테이프 샘플을 사용하여 DC 전도율 방법에 따라 측정될 때 0.48×10-15S/m 이하의 전기 전도율을 갖는 전력 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 하나 이상의 공단량체와 에틸렌의 LDPE 공중합체는 불포화된 것인 전력 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
단계 (a)에서, 압축기 윤활제가 광유로서 백유를 포함하고,
상기 중합 단계 (b)가 4000바 이하의 압력 및 400℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 전력 케이블. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
적어도 내부 반도체 층, 절연 층 및 외부 반도체 층에 의해 그 순서대로 둘러싸인 도체를 포함하는 전력 케이블. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
직류(DC) 전력 케이블인 전력 케이블. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 6 항 및 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 전력 케이블의 제조 방법으로서,
도체 상에 하나 이상의 층을 가하는 단계; 및
임의적으로 상기 케이블의 적어도 수득된 층을 가교결합시키는 단계
를 포함하고, 적어도 하나의 층은 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 전력 케이블의 제조 방법. - 하나 이상의 층에 의해 둘러싸인 도체를 포함하는 전력 케이블 중의 하나 이상의 층을 제조하기 위하여 사용되는, 폴리올레핀을 포함하는 중합체 조성물로서,
상기 중합체 조성물이 중합체 조성물로 구성된 테이프 샘플을 사용하여 직류(DC) 전도율 방법에 따라 측정될 때 0.50×10-15S/m 이하의 전기 전도율을 갖고,
상기 폴리올레핀은 하나 이상의 공단량체와 에틸렌의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE) 공중합체이고, 상기 에틸렌의 LDPE 공중합체는 임의적으로 불포화될 수 있으며,
상기 폴리올레핀이,
(a) 윤활을 위해 압축기 윤활제를 사용하는 압축기에서 가압하에 하나 이상의 단량체를 압축하는 단계;
(b) 중합 대역에서 임의적으로 하나 이상의 공단량체와 함께 단량체를 중합하는 단계; 및
(c) 수득된 폴리올레핀을 미반응 생성물로부터 분리하고 분리된 폴리올레핀을 회수 대역에서 회수하는 단계
를 포함하는 고압 공정에서 제조되고, 상기 단계 (a)에서 압축기 윤활제가 광유를 포함하는
중합체 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
0.48×10-15S/m 이하의 전기 전도율을 갖는 중합체 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
단계 (a)에서 압축기 윤활제의 광유가 백색 광유인 중합체 조성물. - 삭제
- 제 9 항에 있어서,
중합 단계 (b)를 4000바 이하의 압력 및 400℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행하는 중합체 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
케이블이 직류(DC) 전력 케이블인 중합체 조성물. - 삭제
