(a) 용융지수(ASTM D1238, 190℃, 2.16㎏)가 0.5~1.9g/10분, 밀도가 0.910~0.930g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 70~90중량%.
(b) 용융지수(ASTM D1238, 190℃, 2.16㎏)가 0.5~5g/10분, 밀도가 0.918~0.928g/㎤ 및 단봉분자량 분포를 가지고 고압 튜블라 프로세스에서 제조된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 10~30중량%.

Claims (4)
- 삭제
- (A) 하기 (a) 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지와 (b) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지로 이루어진 혼합 수지 70~90중량%; 및
(a) 용융지수(ASTM D1238, 190℃, 2.16㎏)가 0.7~1.5g/10분, 밀도가 0.915~0.925g/㎤인 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 70~80중량%.
(b) 용융지수(ASTM D1238, 190℃, 2.16㎏)가 2~4g/10분, 밀도가 0.920~0.925g/㎤ 및 단봉분자량 분포를 가지고 고압 튜블라 프로세스에서 제조된 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 20~30중량%.
(B) 용융지수(ASTM D1238, 190℃, 2.16㎏)가 1.0~2.8g/10분 및 밀도가 0.900~0.910g/㎤인 메탈로센 촉매하에 제조된 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 10~30중량%;
를 포함하는 실런트 필름용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물이고,
상기 실런트 필름용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물로 인플레이션 필름 성형 시, 성형된 50㎛ 두께를 갖는 필름의 헤이즈가 8% 이하이고, 열봉합 특성이 108℃(압력 2㎏/㎤, 시간 1초) 이하에서 1.1kgf 이상의 열봉합 접착 강도를 갖고, 인장강도가 MD 방향 및 TD 방향 모두 320kg/㎠ 이상이고, 인열강도가 MD 방향으로 165g 이상 및 TD 방향으로 625g 이상이고, 낙하 충격 강도가 270g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 실런트 필름용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물. - 제2항의 조성물로부터 제조된 폴리에틸렌의 실런트 필름.
- 제2항의 상기 (a) 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 압출기에 투입하는 단계;
제2항의 상기 (b) 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 상기 압출기의 사이드 피더(side feeder)를 이용하여 투입하는 단계;
제2항의 상기 (B) 메탈로센 촉매하에 제조된 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 상기 압출기의 사이드 피더(side feeder)를 이용하여 투입하는 단계; 및
상기 압출기에서 150~230℃ 온도에서 용융상태로 혼합하여 펠렛상의 실런트 필름용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하여,
상기 실런트 필름용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물로 인플레이션 필름 성형 시, 성형된 50㎛ 두께를 갖는 필름의 헤이즈가 8% 이하이고, 열봉합 특성이 108℃(압력 2㎏/㎤, 시간 1초) 이하에서 1.1kgf 이상의 열봉합 접착 강도를 갖고, 인장강도가 MD 방향 및 TD 방향 모두 320kg/㎠ 이상이고, 인열강도가 MD 방향으로 165g 이상 및 TD 방향으로 625g 이상이고, 낙하 충격 강도가 270g 이상인 실런트 필름용 폴리에틸렌 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
