Claims (8)
- 편광 필름 및 그 양면에 배치된 투명 보호 필름을 포함하는 편광판에 있어서,
편광 필름의 흡수축에 직교하는 방향의 선팽창 계수와, 한 쪽 이상의 투명 보호 필름의 편광판의 흡수축에 직교하는 방향의 선팽창 계수와의 차가 1.3×10-4/℃ 이하인 편광판. - 제1항에 있어서, 한 쪽 이상의 투명 보호 필름은 셀룰로오스계 수지 또는 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 것인 편광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편광 필름과 투명 보호 필름은 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 및 수용성 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 수계(水系) 접착제의 경화물층을 통해 접착되는 것인 편광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편광 필름과 투명 보호 필름은 활성 에너지선의 조사에 의해 경화되는 에폭시 화합물을 함유하는 경화성 접착제 조성물의 경화물층을 통해 접착되는 것인 편광판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 경화성 접착제 조성물은 지환식환에 결합된 에폭시기를 분자 내에 1개 이상 갖는 에폭시 화합물을 포함하는 것인 편광판.
- 편광 필름의 양면에 투명 보호 필름을 적층하여 편광판을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
투명 보호 필름의 한 쪽 이상은 편광판의 흡수축에 직교하는 방향의 그 투명 보호 필름의 선팽창 계수와, 편광 필름의 흡수축에 직교하는 방향의 선팽창 계수와의 차가 1.3×10-4/℃ 이하가 되도록 선택되는 것인 편광판의 제조 방법. - 액정 셀 및 그 시인측에 접합된 편광판을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치에 있어서,
편광판은 편광 필름 및 그 양면에 배치된 투명 보호 필름을 포함하고, 편광 필름의 흡수축에 직교하는 방향의 선팽창 계수와, 한 쪽 이상의 투명 보호 필름의 편광판의 흡수축에 직교하는 방향의 선팽창 계수와의 차가 1.3×10-4/℃ 이하인 것인 액정 표시 장치. - 제7항에 있어서, 액정 셀에 접합되는 쪽의 투명 보호 필름은 셀룰로오스계 수지 또는 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 것인 액정 표시 장치.
