도 4는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전압형 컨버터의 제어 장치의 구성을 나타내는 블록도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 제어부의 구성을 나타내는 블록도이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전압형 컨버터의 제어 장치의 동작 방법을 나타내는 흐름도이다.
도 7 및 도 8은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 전압형 컨버터의 제어 장치가 전압형 컨버터를 제어하는 것을 나타내는 개념도이다.
Claims (5)
- 원격 제어 장치와 통신이 가능하며, 풍력 발전 단지와 연계된 전압형 컨버터의 제어 장치에 있어서,
상기 전압형 컨버터와 연계된 전체 계통의 직류 전압을 감지하는 전원모니터부; 및
상기 원격 제어 장치와 상기 제어 장치 사이의 통신 장애 또는 통신 오류로 인해 원격 제어 장치로부터 제어 신호를 수신하지 못하면 상기 감지된 전체 계통의 직류 전압과 기준 전압을 비교하고, 비교 결과 상기 감지된 전체 계통의 직류 전압이 상기 기준 전압의 기설정된 범위를 벗어나면, 상기 풍력 발전 단지에 공급하는 교류 전압을 설정값으로 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는
제어 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 설정값은 조절될 상기 교류 전압의 주파수 및 상기 교류 전압의 크기를 포함하는
제어 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 교류 전압을 상기 설정값으로 조절하여 상기 풍력 발전 단지에 공급하는 상기 교류 전압의 주파수 및 크기를 낮추고, 상기 조절된 교류 전압을 공급받는 상기 풍력 발전 단지의 전력생산량을 줄이도록 하는
제어 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는
상기 감지된 전체 계통의 직류 전압과 상기 기준 전압을 비교하는 전압 비교부;
비교 결과에 따라 상기 교류 전압의 주파수를 상기 설정값으로 조절하는 주파수 제어부;
조절된 교류 전압의 주파수를 기초로 상기 교류 전압의 크기를 조절하는 전압 크기 제어부; 및
상기 조절된 교류 전압의 주파수를 기초로 상기 교류 전압의 위상을 조절하는 위상 제어부를 포함하는
제어 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 전압 크기 제어부는 상기 교류 전압의 크기를 일정 (Constant) V/f 제어 방식에 따라 상기 조절된 교류 전압의 주파수에 대응하는 교류 전압의 크기로 조절하는
제어 장치.
