Claims (2)
- 마찰 유닛(2)의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 마찰 유닛(2)은 금속 지지부(7)에 오버 몰딩(over-moulding)되는 마찰 라이닝(6)과; 상기 마찰 라이닝(6)과 상기 지지부(7)를 통해 형성되는 일정한 직경을 갖는 제 1 홀(8)과; 상기 마찰 라이닝(6)을 통과하는 제 1 직경(D1)을 갖는 제 1 부분(10)과, 상기 지지부(7)를 통해 절삭되며 상기 제 1 직경(D1)보다 작은 제 2 직경(D2)을 갖는 제 2 부분(11)을 구비하는 제 2 홀(9)을 포함하는, 마찰 유닛의 제조 방법에 있어서,
상기 마찰 라이닝(6)과 상기 지지부(7)를 통해 펀칭함으로써 상기 제 1 직경(D1)을 갖는 상기 제 1 홀(8)을 형성하는 단계와,
상기 마찰 라이닝(6)과 상기 지지부(7)를 통해 펀칭함으로써 상기 제 2 직경(D2)을 갖는 상기 제 2 홀(9)을 형성하고, 상기 마찰 라이닝(6)의 전체 두께에 걸쳐서 상기 제 2 홀(9)의 상기 제 1 부분(10)을 기계가공에 의해 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제 2 홀(9)의 상기 제 1 부분(10)은 평저 드릴에 의해 상기 마찰 라이닝(6)을 피어싱함으로써 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는
