Abstract
(A) 수용성 마그네슘염과 1 가 유기산 혹은 그 염의 혼합 수용액에 알칼리를 첨가하여 공침시키고, 또는 (B) 수용성 마그네슘염의 수용액에 알칼리의 수용액을 첨가하여 공침시킨 후, 1 가 유기산 혹은 그 염을 첨가하여, (C) 얻어진 슬러리를 100 ℃ 이상에서 수열처리하는 각 공정을 포함하는, 장경 (가로폭) 이 0.5 ㎛ 이상이며 애스펙트비가 10 이상인 수산화마그네슘의 제조 방법이다.

Claims (12)
- (ⅰ) 하기 식 (1) 로 나타내어지고,
Mg(OH)2 (1)
(ⅱ) 장경 (가로폭) 이 1 ∼ 10 ㎛ 이며 두께가 0.2 ㎛ 이하이고, 또한 애스펙트비가 20 이상이고,
(ⅲ) 철 화합물 및 망간 화합물의 합계 함유량이 금속 (Fe+Mn) 으로 환산하여 200 ppm 이하인 고애스펙트비 수산화마그네슘. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
두께가 0.1 ㎛ 이하인 고애스펙트비 수산화마그네슘. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
장경 (가로폭) 이 2 ∼ 10 ㎛ 이며 두께가 0.1 ㎛ 이하이고, 또한 애스펙트비가 30 이상인 고애스펙트비 수산화마그네슘. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
철 화합물, 망간 화합물, 코발트 화합물, 크롬 화합물, 구리 화합물, 바나듐 화합물 및 니켈 화합물의 합계 함유량이, 금속 (Fe+Mn+Co+Cr+Cu+V+Ni) 으로 환산하여 200 ppm 이하인 고애스펙트비 수산화마그네슘. - (Ⅰ) 100 중량부의 수지 및
(Ⅱ) 0.1 ∼ 200 중량부의
(ⅰ) 하기 식 (1) 로 나타내어지고,
Mg(OH)2 (1)
(ⅱ) 장경이 1 ∼ 10 ㎛ 이며 두께가 0.2 ㎛ 이하이고, 또한 애스펙트비가 20 이상이고,
(ⅲ) 철 화합물 및 망간 화합물의 합계 함유량이 금속 (Fe+Mn) 으로 환산하여 200 ppm 이하인 고애스펙트비 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
고애스펙트비 수산화마그네슘은, 장경이 2 ∼ 10 ㎛ 이며 두께가 0.1 ㎛ 이하이고, 또한 애스펙트비가 30 이상인 수지 조성물. - (A) 수용성 마그네슘염과 1 가 유기산 혹은 그 알칼리 금속염 및/또는 암모늄염의 혼합 수용액에 알칼리를 첨가하여 공침시키고, 또는
(B) 수용성 마그네슘염의 수용액에, 알칼리의 수용액을 첨가하여 공침시킨 후, 1 가 유기산 혹은 그 알칼리 금속염 및/또는 암모늄염을 첨가하여,
(C) 얻어진 슬러리를 100 ∼ 250 ℃ 에서 수열처리하는 각 공정을 포함하는 제 1 항에 기재된 고애스펙트비 수산화마그네슘의 제조 방법. - 삭제
