Claims (5)
- 조성물 총 100 중량부를 기준으로, 에틸 실리케이트 수지 5 내지 20 중량부, 아연 분말 20 내지 40 중량부, 체질안료 5 내지 30 중량부 및 용제 35 내지 60 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 에틸 실리케이트 수지와 상기 아연 분말 간의 중량비(에틸 실리케이트 수지:아연 분말)가 1:2 내지 1:4인, 방청도료 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 에틸 실리케이트 수지는 실리카 함량이 35 내지 60 중량%이고, 산도가 70 ppm 이하인, 방청도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에틸 실리케이트 수지는 점도가 25℃에서 4 내지 7 cps이고, 비중은 1.04 내지 1.07인, 방청도료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연 분말은 금속 아연 함량이 95% 이상이고, 평균 입자 크기가 7㎛ 이하이며, 흡유량이 5 내지 7%인 방청도료 조성물.
