Abstract

Claims (15)
- 화학식 I 또는 화학식 II를 갖는 화합물:

Ar1은 각각 나타날 때 동일하거나 상이하고, 단일 결합 및 아릴렌으로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되고,
Ar2는 각각 나타날 때 동일하거나 상이하고, 아릴기이며;
Ar3는 각각 나타날 때 동일하거나 상이하고, 단일 결합 및 아릴렌으로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되고;
R1은 각각 나타날 때 동일하거나 상이하고, H, D, 아릴기, 알킬기, 실릴기, 실록산기, 플루오로알킬기, 알콕시기, 및 플루오로알콕시기로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되거나, 2개의 R1 기는 함께 결합되어, 탄소수가 5 내지 10인 지방족환을 형성할 수 있으며;
R2는 각각 나타날 때 동일하거나 상이하고, D, 아릴기, 알킬기, 실릴기, 실록산기, 플루오로알킬기, 알콕시기, 및 플루오로알콕시기로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되며;
M은 각각 나타날 때 동일하거나 상이하고, 컨쥬게이트된 부분이며;
a는 각각 나타날 때 동일하거나 상이하고, 0 내지 5의 정수이며;
n은 2 이상의 정수이고;
x 및 y는 x + y = 1.0이 되는 몰분율이되, 단, x 및 y는 0이 아니며,

- 제 1 항에 있어서, M이 트라이아릴아민 단위를 갖는 방향족기 및 가교결합성 치환기를 갖는 방향족 단위로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 화학식 II를 갖는 화합물.
- 제 1 전기 접촉층, 제 2 전기 접촉층, 및 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항의 화합물을 포함하는, 이들 층 사이의 활성층을 포함하는 유기 전자 소자.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 활성층은 광활성층인 소자.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 활성층은 광활성 재료를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 화합물은 화학식 I의 화합물 및 화학식 II의 화합물로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 소자.
